mikeyan Posted October 22, 2007 Share Posted October 22, 2007 We actually finished up in 24th... the 20 lap penalty dropped us to 52nd this morning. We had some tie rod issues, a flat tire, but we came back to finish 24th. I need to sort through some 3+gb of pictures, but i'll put some pictures up soon. It was even funnier than the story in Car and Driver I was thinking my old Merkur XR4Ti would be fun for the race, but I don't think I could bring myself to bash it up like that My dads got one of those too. That sucker is solid. With nothing more than a turboback, K&N, MBC and an intercooler they can pump out around 250 whp. Best of all, since I have 3 of them and a crapload of spare parts.
