fishbone
I know, no worries, I was thinking when I need to put them back on if I run into trouble with the HID kit, etc. I ended up drilling the things

evilla84
How do you remove the air filter box? Are there any posted instructions on this? I cleared my headlights last weekend, but didn't have the chromed turn signals on hand so I need to do this separately.

Hanger
I really find blklgt05's clamps method being very helpful if you're worry about not being to reseal the lamp with all of your muscles http://www.legacygt.com/forums/showpost.php?p=1092062&postcount=100 ○ ○ ○ Instagram: itshangertime :spin: ○ ○ ○

whobaru
I used silverstarsI asked because I used the Silverstars too and every time I take a pic, they glow orange and blue. Yours look completely clear. I was just curious. http://i180.photobucket.com/albums/x312/kagenmateer/editcorner.jpg
evilla84
A friend of mine who drives an M3 recommended Stealth Auto which I used for my car. The bulb finish is completely chromed out which doesn't give you the blue and orange glow (if that's the look you're going for). http://www.stealthauto.com/Departments/Stealth-Bulbs.aspx I think it's a bit more expensive than the Silverstars, but I highly recommend it. bigb3630123
I'm taking the bumper off tonight and baking tomorrow morning...... These stupid NY windy winter storms make it impossible to get motivation to go out in the garage even with my heater....
Hanger
i like my blue and yellow hues reflect off of the silverstar tho basically the only reason why i cleared mine ○ ○ ○ Instagram: itshangertime :spin: ○ ○ ○
bigb3630123
I figured I would get the bumper off and the headlights out one night and the next night I would bake them and clear them.... But honestly everything was so easy and fast I got it all done in 3 hours. Very pleased with the look and I like the little bit of blue and yellow the new directionals give off. absolutsnwbrdr
both headlights are all cleared up and back together... this is the first time ive done this and it really couldnt have been easier! i only set my oven to 200 and that seemed to work fine. also, when i was puting them back together, i put them back in the oven for 5 minutes or so to make the sealant pliable again (i think i read to do that somewhere on here)... worked great!! gotta go put them back on the car now. im only about an hour and a half in to the project so i should be done in the next 30 minutes or so... pics later
