kanoswrx Posted September 13, 2006 Share Posted September 13, 2006 Interesting, maybe thats just the wagon version of the new WRX. Hopefully they keep a Sedan, or make a Coupe. I would hate to see only a hatch version of the WRX. I know a lot of people like the wagon, don't get me wrong its cool, but there is still a much larger crowd who want sedan's or coupes. Will be interesting to see how the new front end looks. It looks like the WRX is going to have the little wings that the legacy has on its grill. Hopefully they also keep the size down to what the WRX currently is, it really doesn't need to be any bigger. The tail lights look pretty cool, thank god they are getting rid of the hideous 06 style ricer tail lights. Plus I have no problem with the exhaust on the other side, after all, the turbo is on that side so less piping, and the WRC cars have the exhaust on that side to anyways. tantal Posted September 13, 2006 Share Posted September 13, 2006 Two things I like about this : 1) Much smaller hood scoop - bad for the children but the conservative hood scoop puts the car back on the table for people who aren't trying to advertise to cops that they need to be pulled over, NOW. 2) Fugly wheel arch baloons deleted. Yes, but just saying that cars specifically designed for right hand drive market tend to have the exhaust on the right also. Apart from the hood scoop, what else is there to indicate that this is the new WRX ? Front grill - looks like a Mazda Grill badge - looks like a VW (with a GTi behind ?)
