Recommended Posts

What would you recommend if I do get overboost or boost creep?

also being sure that the DP is aligned properly so the wastegate can open all the way, nameless said to basically push it away from the wastegate toward the turbine as far as possible to be sure the gate won't hang up on the tube that isolates the turbine.

Having lived and worked in Peoria for a little over a year prior to moving to WI, that was going to be my guess as well.

If you live in Peoria, you either work for Cat, or you work for a company that does work for Cat, and I was the latter.

Age: 32

Occupation: State worker Hazardous Materials Project Manager. I oversee various projects in my surrounding counties to remediate contamination sites and negotiate contracts on behalf of the state.

Cars: well the Legacy and an 02 Mitsubishi Lancer. The Lancer is pretty modded. 16g turbo, willwood bbk, rear disk conversion, speed density, among other things.

Next step: get the DD lancer back on the road (too many people trying to ding the Legacy) cams and in dash nav for the Legacy, a bunch of house stuff (new home owner), and try to vacation in the process [emoji23]

Turns out I never posted in here either.

Age: 31

Occupation: Service Coordinator for a security gate manufacturer. I dispatch door and gate service technicians across the country when a service request comes in from one of our major national accounts. We have gates in most major pharmacies and cell phone stores country-wide. We're in the office 8-5, but our service department operates 24/7, mean one person from our department is on-call for a 1 week period at a time, on a rotating schedule, in addition to our standard 8-5. This sounds awful, and it is. The only upside is you make extra money for each call dispatched while on call, and you can get *A LOT* of calls during this time. It's this on-call money that has been solely paying for my Legacy and all my mods so far.

Cars: 1996 Dodge Caravan (deceased), 2001 Nissan Maxima SE (deceased), 2003 Nissan Maxima SE (towed October 2017, assumed deceased), 2012 Subaru Legacy 3.6R.

Car Plans: Install my Konis/Eibachs along with the rest of the suspension/driveline bits & bobs I've accumulated very shortly this spring when the weather picks up, get my Gialla rear lip painted and installed, Raptor headers, and the rest of the body kit stuff I want to do as well.
