Today the installer (lives in MA but does work for RI people and "knows" the laws) said I can do anything I want behind the B pillars but the front doors "have to be 70%". I got 35% on the front doors and 20% on the back and rear. I LOVE it!!! Very nice jacobsen1! I bought their stage 1 (I think, I'll look it up before writing a proper review) LEDs in "cool white" for the dome, trunk and license plates. I also have their 4300k HID kit. They're all great upgrades worth the money and time. I know some people HATE aftermarket HIDs so I won't go there (but I will say the stock headlights in the car SUCK!). Can anyone tell me if the headlights are different on the 2.5i and the Premium/Limited? I'm not sure when HIDs get included in the car in terms of a package or if going limited is enough. But they look the same from the outside. The HID kit from the factory has different projectors and all the other goodies inside/under the hood. But one thing I DO know is the 2.5i lights are painted silver inside, behind the lens but in front of the lights where the limited and premium are both painted black! The 3rd light is built in on the 2015s so he had to cut a stupid hole around it to get the tint to stick... I will say having driven in the dark with the HIDs now, it's "night and day" the difference between them and the stock bulbs. I think I'll be OK w/o lowering them but I'll keep an eye out for getting flashed... They light up so much further down the road though. I'll get new high beam bulbs soonish so they're color matched as well. Right now there's a very obvious yellow portion of the light above the cut off when the brights are on. Tint I'm also in love with. I always do it to my cars and it's just shocking how nice it is after 1.5 weeks w/o it. No more dimming the rear mirror when someone is behind me or dealing with sun glare in the early or late hours.
