I wish they were "beefier", for the size of the car... even similar to the look of the hubcaps on the base Unit, (But in Alloy). That said, I think they look fine, and I'm satisfied with the way they look... Coming from a guy who bought a 335i instead of a 328i because I liked the rims better.

Best stock rims in a mid level Dad car.

Oh man, washing the car and cleaning the rim yesterday. I really want to replace it with some 5-6 spoke rim much easier to clean...

Anyone know the weight of the 18's?

I have a few shipping scale that I did decide to weight it with the tire when it's due for tire rotation.

Here's my Black 2015 Subaru Legacy Premium (no packages). My first Subaru ever! Love supporting the underdog and they really impressed me with this new iteration during my cross shopping comparisons.

I totaled my 2007 lagacy outback wagon about 3 weeks ago in a rollover and I had mixed feelings about getting another one, but in the short run, I decided to go for another subaru.

This is the first new car that I've gotten to pick out since I've been with my wife (9+ years now). We bought the 07 from my in-laws when they moved to FL and didn't need AWD down here.

I'd like to do some tint (I need to look up the legal limit here in FL as well as in CO since we plan to move back once I'm done with grad school)

HID's and HID's in the fogs potentially.

2.5 limited cat back for the dual tips

Stiffen up the suspension.

2nd set of rims for summer tires and put snow tires on the stockers (provided we move back to CO)

There are still a couple spots that I will need to sand down and go over again. Went gloss, but may go matte later

love the look. Bought plastidip tonight. Just wondering if I should go with the whole thing black as you've done or if I should leave the chrome outer ring?...

thoughts?

my car is white if that influences your decision at all.

My photo on page 4 might help. i think it would look better with the contrasting chrome, especially on white.

this shot?

(sorry, I can't stand 10 posts/page so I'm on the max throwing off the page number reference)

either way, yeah, that's the thought. That's the stock 2.5i grill look which I like a lot. I also "hate" chrome but that comes from my old MINI which had WAY too much chrome on it so I removed it all there (painted, swapped parts etc). But I'm not minding a few bits here and there on the legacy. I'm thinking I might go with the look of your 2.5i grill since it's a bit more finished. The other option is to black out the whole grill then also black out the chrome around the windows/doors...

Yes, that's the photo I was referencing. It definitely looks more sporty, and even reminds me of a police car (from the direct front view) ((Probably cause it looks like a Taurus)) I think the chrome around the black draws more attention to the grille vs if the trim were black too... Just my opinion. BTW how do you change the number of posts per page?
