  1. So I just got back home from work. My dog is laying on the back patio covered in dirt with a rabbit in his mouth. The Rabbit's not bloody, just dirty. Now, my neighbor's kids raise these Blue Ribbon WINNER Rabbits. I instantly knew it was one of their rabbits*. So I took the rabbit away from my dog, I rushed inside, washed all the dirt off it before my neighbors could come home. It was stiff but I heard some ANIMALS play dead when they are AFRAID, I couldn't remember which animals because I was NERVOUS . I took it and placed it back in one of the cages, then I *ZOOMED back home. NOT 30 minutes later I hear my neighbors screaming. so I go out and ask them what's wrong? They tell me their rabbit died three days ago and they buried it but now it's back in the cage.
  2. Thinking about re-doing the SWP and taupe interior to an Old English White, with some pearl added, or perhaps a Silver Birch with either a biscuit or a saddle brown leather and contrasting light/medium brown interior cards, wood trim and carpet. Keep the light head liner and pillars, just to keep it from being too dark. The saddle brown in the Outback has really grown on me, especially with the dark brown carpeting, SB cards and dark wood trim. Old English White Silver Birch
  3. Beautifully done. Like it a lot.
  4. Since April 2014. Do it once, do it right, and reap the benefits. Seems like it.
  5. Don't want to be the bearer of bad news, but the oil pressure idiot light comes on when the oil pressure is so low oil flow has stopped, and engine damage is imminent if it has not already occurred. Sounds like the latter in your case and what you're hearing is seizing rotating assemblies. If it flickers then there's hope... possibly but unlikely, but if it's a solid light, then your scrod as they say in Maine. Pull your oil pan and check for metal flakes. If present, then heads/valve train and possibly the engine are compromised, possibly toast. When was the last oil check? Hopefully within the last .5-1K miles. How many miles on this engine and any leaks? A quart of oil every 1-1.5K miles is not uncommon on these engines, depending on how well they've been maintained. It's a quart from the bottom mark of the dip stick to the top mark. Engine holds ~4.5 Qts - so the maths are pretty simple that if it's using 1 qt/per 1K miles and you haven't checked in in the last 3K miles, then you're looking at ~1 quart left in the oil pan and that's not enough for the oil pump to maintain suction and to lubricate the engine. The OP could be seizing too, but haven't seen this except in oil starvation situations. Good luck with this. Post up what you find.
  6. Finished KB windage, pickup, pan, OEM oil cooler, and Holy Headers install; TBK with new STI WP; resealed VCs; Installed IM, TIH, GS EBC, TGV-D, 850 SFI, AEM340 FP, HTA68, GS LWCP; complete replacement of all fuel, cooling and boost/vacuum lines and hose - everything in the engine bay, installed GS TMIC shroud, prepped block with TMIC mounts. Everything above (and below) all new. Still to do: STI 6MT clutch install, reinstall the engine, KOYORAD Hyper-V radiator install, TMIC install, fuel and coolant connections and burping, shifter connection and it should be time to light off. Minor cleanup underneath and leak/checks, and it should be driveable by the end of the month.
  7. Whiteline KTA124 - Replaces the stock rear lower control arms and the rear toe arms. Full adjustability enables you to dial-in your toe and camber (there is no stock rear camber adjustment, so if you've lowered your vehicle, then you'll have zero control over your rear camber angles). Whiteline KCA307 - Replaces the stock toe adjuster camber bolt and locks down the whole inner toe control arm attachment point. Do it when you do the KTA124, or do it later, but you will want these. I run these and the Whiteline KCA313 Roll Center Bump Steer Kit at the front to regain control over front toe and to mitigate bumpsteer from the lowered suspension.
  8. On her first day at the Senior Complex, the new manager addressed all the seniors pointing out some of her rules: "The female sleeping quarters will be out-of-bounds for all males, and the male dormitory to the females." "Anybody caught breaking this rule will be fined $20 the first time." She continued, "Anybody caught breaking this rule the second time will be fined $60. Being caught a third time will cost you a fine of $180." "Are there any questions?" At this point, an older gentleman stood up in the crowd inquired: "How much for a Season Pass?”
  9. A frog goes into a bank, and hops up on the desk of the loan officer. ''Hi,'' he croaks.'' What's your name? The loan officer says, ''My name is John Paddywack. May I help you?'' 'Yeah,'' says the frog. ''I'd like to borrow some money.'' The loan officer finds this a little odd, but gets out a form. ''Okay, what's your name?'' The frog replies, ''Kermit Jagger.'' ''Really?'' says the loan officer. ''Any relation to Mick Jagger?'' ''Yeah, he's my dad.'' ''Hmmm,'' says the loan officer. ''Do you have any collateral?'' The frog hands over a pink ceramic elephant and asks, ''Will this do?'' The loan officer says, ''Um, I'm not sure. Let me go check with the bank manager.'' ''Oh, tell him I said hi,'' adds the frog. ''He knows me.'' The loan officer goes back to the manager and says, ''Excuse me, sir, but there's a frog out there named Kermit Jagger who wants to borrow some money. All he has for collateral is this pink elephant thing. I'm not even sure what it is.'' The manager says: ''It's a knick-knack, Paddywack, give the frog a loan. His old man's a Rolling Stone.''
  10. The PM lag is directly tied to subscription status. It improves with donator status, as does PM storage. That had been consistent since day 1 Picture loading is a function of picture size. Loading from an off-site host using URL load, picture autosized and loads quickly. Otherwise, native (non metadata altered pics just take longer to load using the Manage Attachments process. Non-native files routinely do not load due to the metadata content.
  11. Definitely a demad for this. G.LWTGB
  12. I thought all Foresters are still 5x100 PCD. All 2014+ WRX and all 2015+ Legacy/Outback are 5x114.3 PCD. ET should be similar.
