  1. Now just waiting on the thermostat and o-rings. Everything else is ready to go. On a side note, we had a whole new HVAC system installed yesterday to replace our 20yr old system. Ended up installing a mini split in the garage as well.
  2. Not bad, and it's not in your face like a lot of aftermarket knobs are.
  3. Went ahead and ordered the standard thermostat and o-rings. My pile of new parts is growing.
  4. Did you see a benefit of using the STI thermostat?
  5. Can anyone confirm these PN's?: Thermostat - 21210AA160 O-Rings - (top) 806939040 - (bottom) 806969020 https://parts.bestbuysubaru.com/a/Subaru_2011_Legacy-25L-TURBO-6MT-4WD-GT-Limited-Sedan/49287751__6022766/CAMSHAFT--TIMING-BELT-CAMSHAFT-10MY-12MY/B14-013-03.html
  6. Didn't think about the thermostat or o-rings. Looks like another order is going to be made. As far as the snout kit, it is really only if there is any damage to the snout. If it all looks good, I will probably send it back. The guy has done Subaru's before and he did have some Company23 tools hanging on the wall.
  7. But you guys got the wagon, so that kinda makes us even.
  8. Rockauto - Exedy OEM clutch and flywheel Import Image Racing - PDM TSK3 Snout kit, Verus billet clutch fork pivot, Verus Forged clutch fork Six Star Bernie - OEM timing belt kit Heuberger - OEM water pump, all new flywheel and pressure plate bolts, all new clutch fork springs, clutch fork boot, rear main seal (just in case), and MY13/14 26mm front sway bar w/bushings I know the HD clutch fork was a bit overkill on a stock clutch, but I never want to hear that squeaky barn door sound again
  9. Good point. Might as well future proof it. does anyone know if this works in cars with factory Nav? I know other tablet style head units had an issue with the amp.
  10. Bought all the parts for the timing belt service and clutch replacement.
  11. Boy does time fly. I'm finally ordering all the parts tonight and having the local import (euro) shop do the work. The guy is not afraid to try something new. Right now he has an old 80's 911 he is doing an engine swap on and a 20 or so year old Jag coupe that he is swapping a LS 350 into. He has done a few Subaru's before so feel pretty good about him working on mine.
  12. That's what I was thinking. I have the puddle lights and they are awesome. They came with my old 2010 Outback and I really wanted them on the GT. That being said, I have had to replace one light because of water intrusion. I think that was the glaring flaw of the design. As long as they make replacements I'm good though.
  13. As far as the exterior kit, are you talking about the puddle lights?
  14. In the process of swapping out the trashed passenger side top hat (and perfectly fine drivers side) with group n. These should hold up way better. The other set only lasted about 3 1/2 years with the Koni/Eibach setup. IMG_0584.mov
  15. There is a full set of these on the sales forum and I would love to snag it….but I don’t think the seller frequents the forum much.
  16. Bought a set of Group N front top hats. Found out where the clunking in the front end was coming from. I think it has been mentioned before, if you install new struts, don’t use the KYB top hats, esp if you lower the car. They don’t hold up.
  17. It's not as active as it used to be. There will be a few post here and there. Still the best place for info on these cars as far as I'm concerned. The ones who used to be really involved have either moved onto other cars, or have moved onto other forums/boards/ect.
  18. I don't have the Stage 2 maps, but I do have 3 versions of the Stage 1 high waste gate map that Cobb sent me while troubleshooting my car.
  19. Sorry to hear you and the GT go. I even have one of your pics in my wallpaper rotation. I'm right behind you at 5 1/2 years.
