  1. You can get it for around $700 https://www.importimageracing.com/products/hs10sl1dpc-invidia-invidia-high-flow-cat-downpipe-subaru-legacy-gt-2010-2012 I will say this: Get the high flow invidia cat - it will cost you a tune/ map update. But for $1000 you'll gain a nice high flow downpipe and ~+25 hp +50 torque (roughly) and you'll be at stage 2. Downpipe/exhaust, recirc bpv, and a 3 port boost controller (also not expensive) should get you 295hp and 345 torque @ the wheels. This is the perfect time to do those mods since you need a new cat anyways. Plus: many smiles per gallon if you don't want to do that stay OEM. But I'd still recommend a protune over cobb maps. Cobb doesn't do maps for stage 2 5th gens. It also runs very poorly if you don't get a tune with the downpipe (from my experience, don't be me). Car was constantly running rich.
  2. **push the tire out about an inch compared to the OEM legacy wheel. Both being a wider wheel and the 15mm bump
  3. Thanks! They aren't my first choice but they are STI and were so cheap I said why not, if I decide later I don't want them it's an easy sell later. Came off a 2017 Last I checked the hubs were not easily swapable and would require a slew of things that are half way to the STI 6spd trans swap. So I'm going with 15mm hubcentric adapters for 5x100-->5x114.3 with built in studs. That'll make the (+55) a (+40) on the wheel and push it about an inch out for a more flush look. I'm still on stock suspension so I don't think they'll rub but suspension mods are next.
  4. Ignore how dirty the car is but I picked up some goodies off fb marketplace for a steal to clear the 4 pots I got. I think they'll look great. 18x8.5 +55
  5. How much for shipping on (GT Spec Strut bar + rear swaybar braces) to 19132?
  6. Do you feel the Kein mounts are too stiff or anything? I had the hardrace ones put in but I have a feeling they'll eventually have the same problems the OEM ones have (especially under lots torque). Did you notice a large amount of NVH inside the cabin? Are they street-able?
  7. Just got the car back from PSI Proformance here in Pennsylvania, and she's got the beans. Tuned by Drunkman (dmann) Very happy right now, the car feels amazing and I can't stop smiling. New engine mounts made a world of a difference for my clutch feel as well. Plus the cabin doesn't rattle from the downpipe! Big brakes next...
  8. on a side note: anyone have any recommendations for a good body/paint shop in the Tristate area? I'm in Philly
  9. Giving the car a little love at the shop right now, the invidia turboback needed some help, got the Hardrace engine mounts put in, and fixed the oil cooler gasket. Also threw in a Grimmspeed 3 port boost controller. The drivetrain was so sloppy from engine movement it made the downpipe hit against the sub-frame under acceleration. Also have some brakes in the works for when she gets home...it's snowy up here and a little more brake pedal will be nice. all four corners brakes and rotors, SS lines, Hardrace brake master brace, and stoptech Z26 street pads. Should add up nicely methinks
  10. hot dang if you don't have one of the greatest GT's in the US. Looks amazing! Your build is such an inspiration
  11. I wonder too. I also wonder if it's too late to get some $$ from SOA because it looks to me there is a defect causing this. The car was mostly garage kept and only has 118K miles. I never had issues with my 4th gens paint and this makes me sad and cry $$$$ tears lol
  12. On mine it's the whole car just like @creep_nu. The whole of the trunk has come off, pillars and door handles. I've always wanted a dark emerald legacy anyways....
  13. Anyone else having issues with their clear coat de-laminating? It's happening all over the vehicle and makes me quite sad. I guess it's time to paint the whole car?
  14. *sigh* I know that feeling. After the third nice filter to have a slow drip of oil I was thinking "hmmm must be above". I was hoping it was just a bad gasket on the filter(s). I did it on my old 05 LGT and it was stupid simple but the configuration on this gen makes it look like a huge pain.
  15. Did a little maintenance today. Threw some BG EPR in and ran at 1500rpm for about 20minutes before letting it idle for 10. Oil change and it was DARK dark, plenty of carbon buildup in this 118k GT. Oil change with Penzoil Ultra 5w-30 and a can of BG MOA and a mazda Tokyo Roki filter. The butt dyno says it was effective. Noticed the oil cooler gasket is leaking, and looks like a pain to get to. Anyone do this recently?
