  1. The 91OCT OTS Cobb tune has a max boost target of 16 psi. While I'm sure it's safe, how is that a good tune for stage 2?
  2. I'm waiting for this mysterious writeup that GTEASER teasered about the new Koni WRX fronts.
  3. Right. They answered the question within 5 days of the group buy starting, which lasted a month. That seems pretty reasonable to me. But I understand the rustled jimmies for rest of that.
  4. I believe Nameless did mention that they made a small adjustment in the design when the group buy started. But, they didn't say what it was, and they assured us that it wouldn't affect the performance of the part.
  5. I plan to have Nameless install the exhaust and coordinate with the tuner in a January/February timeframe. But... I pretty much plan to do that regardless what happens with Ryan's car.
  6. My plan is to still have Nameless do my install and make sure they make it right.
  7. If Koni stock is going to run out this year, then I'm going to be forced to go with coils. Suspension just isn't in the budget this year.
  8. I haven't used RomRaider and haven't really messed with logging a whole lot, but I'd like to think I'm half-decent with computers. If you have some directions and still need a hand, let me know and we can find some time on a weekend or evening.
  9. I assume the New England states have safety inspections because of how the salt deteriorates cars. I'm getting close to crossing the streams, so I'll stop.
  10. Oregon is seeing a ton of of California imports too. The only inspection you need to do is an emissions check via OBDII. No other emissions check is needed, and Oregon has apparently never heard of a safety inspection.
  11. 12 grand, and 7 seconds to 60 makes it a real sports car. I'm sold!
  12. The '97 VR4 was the car I wanted to get for the longest time. And that was only after hanging out a Dodge dealership while my parent bought a new Caravan when I was much younger, that I was handed a Stealth brochure instead of the Viper one I asked for. Lots of love for the Stealth/3000GT around here.
  13. Fisch, you have an AP, right? Is there a reason you can't just log with that?
  14. "For those of you who are Subaru people, you know what this car is(Gen 4 Legacy turbo with a manual transmission)." I'm going to assume that's just a typo.
  15. Define "replace the ugly yellow ones" because those are actually your high beams on low power setting.
  16. It's probably white paint. That's what the STI logos are on the STI Brembos. Just do some sanding/prep and repaint them with some high quality, high temp paint.
  17. Oregon has plenty of that, but for whatever reason I haven't really noticed mosquitoes around here. New England, though... man. You can't spend a nice 70 degree afternoon without being turned into a buffet for buzzing bugs.
  18. The headlights from 2010-2012 and 2013-2014 are completely interchangeable. Either set of OEM headlights will fit on any 5th gen Legacy. And whoever told you that is correct, it appears that your headlights are from a 2010-2012 model Legacy. http://subaruonlineparts.com/images/headlamps_2.jpg On the left is a headlight from a 2013-2014 Legacy. On the right is a headlight from 2010-2012. The main difference between the two is the extra accent that divides the lowbeam and blinker for the 2013-2014 light, plus some which came blacked out from the factory.
  19. Got yourself a sugar daddy over there? My family would have to live in the Model S in order to afford it.
  20. They built a few extra ones to keep on-hand for stock when they did the group buy, so they'll probably end up testing a brand new downpipe. While all of the revised downpipes were built the same way, they are handcrafted so there are going to be some small differences for any given downpipe.
  21. Yes, you can adjust the volume (well, you can if you have Nav). However, I don't remember how off-hand and would need to sit in the car to find it. If you don't have Nav, then I dunno. I'd still assume you could.
  22. Yeah, if my car is totaled tomorrow, the Fusion is the first car I'll check out. Doesn't look like Cobb is supporting the Fusion (the most recent map I could find is from 2014). That might change though if the Fusion is challenging STIs.
  23. Actually, those look like 5th gen OEM wheels. Is that not just a stock 5th gen? Edit: Nope, it's a 4th gen, but those are definitely stock 5th gen LGT wheels.
  24. If Fischbach's car needs to be de-tuned a bit to be safe with the revised downpipe, I'll still view that as a disappointment at best.
