  1. I just found this info about our 5th Gen's Vehicle Type Code. Series name is B: Legacy Body type is M: Sedan Engine and drive classification is F: 3.6 L AWD That means a 5th Gen Legacy Sedan 3.6L is a BMF!
  2. Apparently, that little white thing is a grounding bus, not a plug.
  3. Definitely not for the spoiler. The spoiler connector is in the trunk lid and I've already used it for the quad-stoplight mod.
  4. Do you have the vacation pics for the 2012? Only ones I have are from 2010 and don't show the i192 plug.
  5. Someone had found this in the trunk and I have the same connector; I don't have the camera wiring harness or connector in my trunk lid. Could this be the connector that would connect to the wiring harness for the camera? http://legacygt.com/forums/showthread.php/extra-wire-harness-trunki-224225.html
  6. It says "WRX / STI 2008-2014 / Legacy GT VDC 2008-2009". Where did you get the 2010+ Legacy & OB from?
  7. p.s. GTSpec also lists two different parts nos. for our car (GTS-SUS-1387) and the WRX (GTS-SUS-1322).
  8. I don't believe the front uses the same strut bar as the 08 WRX, only the rear. Subaru uses two different bars for those cars as well. Btw, they make a new "hybrid" bar for the front of our BM9 chassis, the part no. is 687 542 A. GTEASER posted about it a few months ago but said it's not available in NA. Here's a site that lists pretty much every strut bar Cusco makes... http://rpmware.com/catalog/group/51802
  9. Here's where I got mine, but he had it shipped directly to me from Japan, so it took 6 weeks to arrive. eBay
  10. It's actually the front bar I swapped out to match the rear. Here are the correct and confirmed parts numbers: Front Bar - 687 540 A Rear Bar - 692 541 A Quick Release Levers - 00B 540 C Front bar is a piece of cake, it just bolts right on. For the rear, you'll need to remove all the interior trim is the trunk. You'll also need to cut away part of the trim when you go to replace it. Yes, it sits up high, but with the quick release levers, you can remove the bar (not the mounts) easily without tools if you need to make space. The bar will give you a nice anchor point though, if you need to tie something down in your trunk.
  11. I believe Picky1 is putting a stock dual exhaust on his.
  12. Received my LWCP today, 3 days after I ordered it!!! Well worth the $30 shipping fees.
  13. Here's all their 5th gen stuff. Not all of it for the 3.6 though. http://www.prs.jp/products/model_1_2_4.html
  14. I haven't been able to post in a few days, but I was at AZP Thursday. They put it on their machine and said it only needed minor tweaking. The dealership had the front toe way off, so that was fixed. The right rear camber was right on the edge of spec at -1.9°, so AZP talked me out of putting in the Whiteline kit and instead it appears they adjusted the front left camber to be more negative to match the rears. That's what Perscitus had originally suggested. AZP said pretty much what everyone else said here; instead of the Whiteline kit which is cheaper, but is a PITA to install and adjust, get a LCA kit which cost more but is a lot easier to install and adjust. In the long run, they said it would cheaper because it's a lot less labor, so maybe a set of Cusco LCA's are in my future.
  15. Nice. Hopefully, I can into AZP Wednesday or Thursday.
  16. I ordered the Whiteline bushings from Amazon. I should have them by Tuesday. You think 106St Tire is competent enough to put them in or should I go to AZP? 106st is a bit closer and has better hours for me, but I want this done correctly.
  17. I wonder is the wheel spacers are having an affect on the rear camber & toe angle?
  18. I've decided to take my car to a local tire shop that I've used for years to get their opinion of the two reports the dealer gave me. The fact that the numbers for the rears were so different between the two reports, knowing that they never touched the rears, indicates to me poor workmanship. What other steps I may take in terms of LCA's or bushings will depend on what numbers they come up with. That said, what should my target numbers be on a stock suspension?
  19. Interesting that they're open 24 hours. The LCA bushings looks and sounds like it would be a lot of time and money to get done.
