I really want this scoop, it was for sale a few years back on this site. If I could read that site I would get one.

I am telling you I am not new at this, and I have been running them in all my subies with projectors. The 35w version looks great, and at night it looks perfect. You do have to turn them and make sure they are put in correct. If you are buying cheap amazon or ebay stuff that could be your problem. On sale my LEDs are 200. I really do the research and talk with the company.

NORULZleggy replied to RallyRon's topic in Engine Rebuild Threads (Engines Only)
Never put cheap in the same sentence or in relation to these cars lol. Stock one works fine. -

2006 Legacy GT- Wagon- Blown engine
NORULZleggy replied to JJJ1974's topic in Member Classifieds (2005 - 2009)
I am going to be upfront with you, it's 1k car with a bad motor man. It's a 2006 LGT wagon. I can find these all day long with 120-150k in decent condition that run for 3k-5k. Most never really sell and I save them and check on them months later and no sale. It's 6k to replace it done right with a fresh rebuild or 4k with a used motor. If you can DIY, might be 2500. -
Will this fob bind with 06 legacy
NORULZleggy replied to 800nkRider's topic in Fourth Generation Legacy (2005 - 2009)
No it will not, I have an 06 Legacy GT and the fob is not like that at all. It's not integrated with the key. Now that looks just like my 2013 Legacy 2.5i key. Amazon or (I can't think of the site) will have 2006 FOBs and keys for the car. I know because I got new keys cut and programmed to my car. -
Talk me out of getting rid of my 3.6
NORULZleggy replied to MoleMan's topic in Sixth Generation Legacy (2015 -2019 )
I have a 5th gen Legacy, and a 4th gen LGT, I wondered why my battery was going dead also and I found that my tiny push light was on because my kid pushed the button. Check to make sure that is not the issue. It can be overlooked. On my old 4th gen 2006 Outback, I had a problem with the battery going dead all the time. It had to do with the big DIN HVAC radio. I got a used updated version from an 08 and it fixed the issue. This can be fixed. You need to find the correct fuse or find a true subie shop to find it. -
Woot , I finally got a new to me hood and trunk for my 06 LGT. My old hood and trunk had hail damage bad. These are good condition just need to deep clean and polish. the marks on the hood are fingerprints Don't mind that foggy head light I am getting new custom ones this year. Should I keep the old man visor or take it off bahaahah, I kind of like it but it clashes with my gold wheels.

Yeah, use what you like, I been Amsoil for so long, and I sell it like crazy. All my cars run it. Your car is worth putting something of quality in. Your body, car, house you should not cut corners on. lol

Legacy to be discontinued after 2025 model year
NORULZleggy replied to longmuirj's topic in Subaru News & Rumors
I am in a GTR with my buddy all the time. Also, we went to many events and what was called Race wars. I have no clue how you can compare a GTR of any year to a Q or G. The way the GTR shifts so fast and take off is crazy. An ebay bolt on R35 with protune will stomp a mud hole in either car. I did not even say E85 I am talking 93 with supporting. I want a R35 bad, the amount of big power cars and V8's we took down was crazy. Talk with so GTR shops and builder and you will understand. A nice 2013-14 track edition is gravy. When it comes to those cars I do not care about comfort or heated this and that. That is what a daily is for. You do not daily a GTR, now a Q or G you can. -
2012 Legacy Dies when shifting to reverse
NORULZleggy replied to schrak76's topic in Fifth Generation Legacy (2010 - 2014 )
this could be a possible valve body, ask me how I know. I have a 2013 that I just got the VB, torque converter and tcu changed. My car was doing the dying also. Keep an eye on it. Mine did not throw a code. -
Engine help rebuilt
NORULZleggy replied to LouisLoser's topic in Fourth Generation Legacy (2005 - 2009)
Whoever built you motor was not a true Subaru person that builds them all the time or a true subie shop. -

How many miles on the car? -
Washed my car, waxed it, vacuumed it out, put on the winter wheels, oil changed, and mine will be on the battery tender till I take it out on nice days in the cold winter. Back to my comfortable daily drive with remote start, heated seats, quiet, roomy lol. I love the LGT for summer and car meets and acting up with other car peeps. Still need a hood and trunk cause of hail damage. Next year.

I can hook up my big diag unit and look at about everything. Funny thing is this is the first really cold day and it happened. I cleared it and will take it out again and see if it pops back up. I will read all the data to see and check the voltage on the 02. As much money as i dropped on this fancy thing it better fix the car on it's own. lol

Hey anyone get P1162 code on their LGT? I know it's 02 sensor, and I have the OEM one's with 6-7K miles on them new from the build, so they should not be bad. I reset the code and will see if it was me lazy footing the car on this really cold day or I need to clean the MAF, put on new air filter, and maybe get a new 02 sensor if needed. Thanks

Also get some nice lava wrap and wrap it up and it will not rattle.
