Only U.S. Lower 48 ... does not include Canada or overseas.

Just a quick update, I'm working on getting color breakdowns, not looking to terribly promising.

The exact response from my buddy who's been checking into it was:

To the best of my ability on how many GT sedans were sold across the 50 states in specific model years: 2011 Model Year -302 2012 Model Year - 227

This is what I show sold by my best estimating, looking at our internal reporting system, this number is no way to be considered an official number from Subaru of America

So, matched the 227 number, but the 2011 number went up by 2 sold units. He's going to keep checking to see if we can get a color breakdown.

Cheers, will update if any new info arises!

I'm I the only dork that did the color ratios to see roughly how many of mine were made? Based on the color breakdowns above, I'm looking at 28-35 blue cars in 2012. (12.4%-15.5%)

That was as late 2012, like November. When I bought mine in July 2012 there were only 3 others left in the US, 1 in SoCal, 1 in NorCal (Scooby_Steve) and one elsewhere from what I understand. Remember, this doesn't count the Canadian cars, of which the last new one sold some time in early to mid 2013.

Sweet. I'm 1 of 700. Not the GT rarity but Ill take a 3 digit number.

Was hoping I'd see 6mt 2.5i list too and sure enough page 4. Woot!

Makes me wonder how many in GGM.

I guessed it way low numbers just by when I was shopping for it. Only ever seen 3 for sale in a 200 mile radius. 1st one sold before I could see it, 2nd was in way too rough shape for the money they were asking, and the 3rd well we know how that turned out. Drove deep into Connecticut for it.

Edit: Did the math like JJ, about 140 were made. Based on GT color ratios. Nice.

In Europe Legacy GT was only offered for one year in 2010. It was because we have fleet emissions test in EU, so Subaru stopped selling Legacy GT and WRX 265 that year. In 2012 they stopped offering Outback 3.6R. Only turbo and highpower car that is offered is STI.

Legacy GT in Europe was offered with 5EAT which was said to be upgraded comparing to previous generation. Subaru claimed that it could make 0-100 km/h (62mph) in 6.2s (6.3s for wagon), but in tests they achieved 5.8s. I have comparison with Audi with DSG, it isn't as fast but it's not a typical AT. It has Bilstein shocks and only option was McIntosh audio. I know that car was offered in Poland, Baltic States (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania), Czech Republic, Switzerland. It wasn't in official price list in Germany but you could order it. In Poland they sold 42 GT's (they sold that year 1800 cars, 80% of which was diesel) and base price was 47k euro (~60k usd), you can buy for it a BMW 518d (150 hp diesel)

ps. in 2013 they sold 350 Foresters XT in Poland, 50% of all Forester, 25% of all cars sold.

ps. from 2015 Legacy will not be offered in Europe :(

I bought mine Dec. 2012 in Oregon. I guess that makes mine the "elsewhere?"

Did anyone ever get the 2011 breakdown by color?

Yep. You have to do some digging, but 2010 and 2011 are out here somewhere. Sorry to not be more help, but don't give up looking!
