If I understand the question correctly then my answer would be, In my garage. If you're asking where the paint was applied, then basically to all chrome surfaces that would show when those parts are mounted to the black plastic base. I think I took one "set-up" type of shot that shows my garage, the chest freezer that I used as a bench and the strobes used to light the image. Not sure if that would help much. Yeah, I did paint all of the radiator, all the way down. In that shot it shows some of it not done yet. With the grill out of the way it's easy to reach in there with a spray can and get the rest of it. But cover the painted parts below because you will overspray a little and it'll get on there. Maybe not appearant on the darker colors, but on my white it looked like a bunch of blackheads. Gross!!!! I wiped it off right away. All it took was a dremel, a stencil i made out of printer paper and double sided tape, 15$ worth of mesh i bought from ebay and leftover paint i had lying around my house.
