I am totally anti-uppers and even I learned on the caffeine-sugar soda and hot-tea crutch for the first 3 months or so till things "normalized" to weekly changes instead of daily... I don't want to walk a mile in Mike's shoes. His path is on a fast moving treadmill, in the snow, uphill, on broken glass mixed with hot coals while barefoot with people shouting at him for discounts and throwing dirty diapers at him.
