lightweight14
Does anyone know how long this 3m wrap lasts? How does it hold up to weather? Does it have to be replaced every # of years? I watched the video of the Ferrari being wrapped, the correct way to wrap would be to remove every body part ( fender, trunk etc. ) correct? Surprised how they just laid the wrap on and cut out holes for the headlights.
ArcTec34
I removed some parts because it was easier for me, but no, wrapping the parts while they are on the car works the same

snow05gtRI
his tails are not jdm. they're custom LED tails that he built. you can get lighter tail tint that will still show off your LED magic. it just makes it a little darker... http://legacygt.com/forums/showthread.php/fs-tail-light-overlays-smoked-oval-cutouts-05-07-112198.html
ArcTec34
thanks for the comments, everyone =] tints..yes..its going to happen. As for the taillight tint- I doubt I will do that though. But when I was retrofitting them with LEDs, I actually painted the housing behing the red lens black, so if you were to see the car in person with the lights off it is darker than normal: http://berzindesign.com/vinyl/t1.jpg and, here is a bigger size picture of the first one for your desktop! http://berzindesign.com/vinyl/lgt.jpg Edited June 27, 2012 by ArcTec34

tito_b0y
IMHO, I think you need to get a smidge lowered, some tints, and clear those headlights. No tinting of tail lights or blacking out of headlights needed. How's it holding up so far? 2006 SWP 3.0R 5EAT VDC BBQ 2008 OBP 2.5i 4EAT BBQ [RIP]
lofthouse_gt
and, here is a bigger size picture of the first one for your desktop! Thanks for the bigger pic, I am officially in love with your look. I would agree with tinting the windows, but I kinda like the look of your car without cleared headlights, the amber in the turn signals go really well with the yellow fogs and the gold wheels. Great job dude!
