CapnJack
Is there any good way to check the health of a rear LSD without powering it around a corner to see if the back end steps out? I suspect mine may not be working, but I'm looking for a more professional way of testing it. How about the center differential?

bluesuby
How can the rear diff be sealed with drain and fill plugs?
Underdog
^ Because the limited-slip unit is filled with a special silicone fluid and is not serviceable. The drain/fill plugs are for the gear lube. The fluid in VLSDs does break down over time, but unless you have many hard miles on your car, it should be working fine. It does take a bit more wheel spin to transfer torque than the clutch or torsen type diffs. The Crimson Dynamo
