AZP Installs
Really the most "inexpensive" pads that are worth putting on these cars is the Stoptech Street Performance pads or the Centric Posi-quiets although the Posi-quiets are really below what you want for these cars. Rotors go to the Centric Basic or Centric Premium (they are coated and prevent rust from forming on the top-hats). -Mike Paisan AZP's First Private Track Event, June 19 at NJMP Thunderbolt $315 including Classroom and Mentor! http://www.pbase.com/paisan/image/91072632.jpg http://www.pbase.com/paisan/image/145749898/original.jpg http://www.pbase.com/paisan/image/133406601.jpg http://www.whiteline.com.au/images/logos/perf1.jpg 11+ Years Maintaining, Modifying and Educating TriState Subaru Enthusiasts. SlickSpur
Here is all the stuff that fits the GT http://motors.shop.ebay.com/brake_overstock/m.html?_nkw=legacy+05+gt&_sacat=&_trksid=p3911.m270.l1313&_odkw=&_osacat=0 I think it's funny this vendor is now selling a brand called Callahan brake pads. Isn't this the same company from Tommy Boy? Same logo and everything. Wonder if it's the same quality rao has, or if I'd run into a situation like this http://www.imcdb.org/i085955.jpg
SlickSpur
On a side note, has anyone tried these? I'm thinking about ordering them, seems like a good deal. Any input on whether they look okay? http://www.ebay.com/itm/FRONT-REAR-KIT-4-PERFORMANCE-DRILLED-SLOTTED-BRAKE-ROTORS-AND-8-CERAMIC-PADS-/390411249769?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&fits=Year%3A2008%7CMake%3ASubaru%7CModel%3ALegacy%7CSubmodel%3AGT+Limited%7CEngine+-+Liter_Display%3A2.5L&hash=item5ae652e869&vxp=mtr
