  1. Awesome! And I hope so. I can't find another car on the market that I like more than my LGT, especially not enough to justify a car payment on.
  2. I am at 121,000 right now and she runs great. Just replaced the radiator about 1,000 miles ago. I replaced the CV Axle Boot and the clutch at 115k as the boot had ripped and the clutch failed. Had done water pump, timing belt, and thermostat (as well as all fluid replacement) at 103k. Hoping she'll keep running another 50k trouble free but some of the turbo posts I see have me wondering? The banjo bolt looked clean though at 115k.
  3. I like the sound of that! 117k here. Original motor and turbo. Only modification is Eibach Pro Kits at about 30k on original struts. Still going strong! Rotella T6 and Pureolater PureOne PL41610 every 5k. Work on car has been maintenance or wear items. Just replaced clutch this past weekend. Timing belt, water pump, thermostat, spark plugs, all fluids, etc.
  4. I always forget to check this thread. That was probably me, I live right around there.
  5. Can the Nexus 7 also do sat radio?
  6. Hammer Down, how long were you running the custom map? Were you running a OTS Cobb map before then? I want to go Stage 2 soon, but want to make sure it's reliable. If you ran the OTS shelf a while before pro tune, then I'd feel pretty good about it.
  7. I've been passing a blue LGT almost daily in Chicopee. We always do the wave. Respect.
  8. You sound exactly like me! I've been looking forward to modding the LGT once I paid it off, but now that I'm getting closer to my last payment, I have recently bought a house and a whole new world of debt. Since it's a fixer upper, all my "mod" money is going on fixing the place up! I'm on Eibach Pro-Kits on stock struts and I love the ride of it. I'm thinking of picking up some Koni's because I'm worried I'm on borrowed time with these stockers. Let me know how they ride when you get them on!
  9. How long are you guys going on your stock struts? I'm on Pro-Kits, and am going on two years now with them. Still seems to be fine. Not sure if I should expect blown struts soon.
  10. I only had 20k on my struts when I swapped them and after doing it, I wish I would have bought new struts. Not because the ride is bad, but because it was such a PITA. Would have been nice to be able to pull out the stock strut/spring assembly and just replace it with a new one all-together.
  11. At first I read "stuck with" picturing two Legacys literally stuck in the snow on the highway and thought "that's unpossible" with the way the snow is right now, but then I figured it out. Sounds like a nice car, though. Sent from my FROYO X using Tapatalk
  12. Saw a dark grey LGT with exhaust heading onto 291 this morning around 7:15.
  13. Nope, everything is stock except for the springs. It's a mystery to me why it's happening.
  14. That's what I run, and I like the drive they give me. I do notice a strange noise coming from the rears when I pull out of my work parking lot. I take a left to merge onto traffic, and there must be a bump there or something because it only happens there. Same with my driveway. Anytime I'm turning and hit a bump, they make a rather strange noise. If I get back there and put some weight on the trunk to force them to compress and spring back, there is no sound. Anyone else notice this?
  15. Thanks for helping out CBRRich, helped clear things up for me.
  16. Looks like about 13.75" front and back, give or take. I guess it did drop it a bit, thanks CBRRICH. So, if 14.4" in the rear, dropped about .75". (Or, if the low end of the tolerance range, it didn't drop it any...). It's weird, though the measuring tape result is almost the same front and back, yet I have a two finger gap in the back, and a three finger gap in the front. Here's where my Eibach's sit after a week and a half of settling, dimensioned from the center of the wheel. Front: http://img843.imageshack.us/img843/9743/minimeasuringwheels002.jpg http://img830.imageshack.us/img830/3733/minimeasuringwheels004.jpg Rear: http://img72.imageshack.us/img72/9464/minimeasuringwheels005.jpg http://img714.imageshack.us/img714/7392/minimeasuringwheels009.jpg
  17. Okay, maybe I just need to give it a little more time. I took one one the front struts out and resat it. I'll give it until next Monday and see how they sit. What could I have done wrong though? The springs are seated up against the lower notch, so I'm not sure where I would have messed up. Maybe sitting up against the top hat, but it doesn't seem like theres a proper way for that to sit anyway (besides drain holes being on the outside). Granted it's my first spring install I've ever done, and did it by myself. Edit: So I just posted some pictures, but did it in my own thread so I wouldn't clog this one up. Appreciate any help guys! http://legacygt.com/forums/showthread.php/springs-sitting-oki-pictures-143323.html
  18. The Bilsteins might need them, but I have a GT not a Spec B, w/ the stock KYB's.
  19. I have a GT though, so it's not Bilstiens. The ends springs aren't seated all the way up against the "notch/ramp" on the bottom, both seemed to move away from it about 3/4" when I was decompressing the springs. I'm wondering if that was enough to change the height. I may take them out again and try to redo the fronts. I may also try to re-adjust the tophat a bit.
  20. Okay, it's been 5 days now since I installed my Eibach's. The rears sit nice, about a two finger gap, but the fronts are still about the same as stock. Its a 3 finger gap. Should it be taking this long to settle, or is there perhaps an install problem?
  21. Thought Mass banned any aftermarket exhaust?
