paypal only guarantees a refund for ebay purchases

 

The key is to pay paypal with/ your credit card. You can file a chargeback against paypal if they don't help you in a scam. I've done it a few times, it takes care of the problem (you get money back, paypal sends out it's goons after the scammer).

I'm all about it personally. If they made one with the double din I'd buy one. I would have bought the one in the pic above but there's no way for me to actually acquire the damn thing. Nobody will respond to emails. I'm patiently waiting the results...Thank you for looking into this!

I'd be happy if I could get the actual unit instead of a double din, it's ergonomics for use while driving are better than ANY double din I've ever seen.

We already have the JDM double din avalible, there isn't really the need in the market for another one.

There might* actually be another problem for most of you even if this HU works with our car. The problem would be the language used in the HU lol. However, it is unconfirmed if there is an "English" option.

basically the bezel without the navi control button and keep all the A/C stuff

 

how many people would be interested in this?

your talking about just the bezel + ac controls without the double din and all that right?

I wonder how that screen size compares to an off-the-shelf 7" LCD.

 

$300 is not a bad price for such a clean way to integrate a CarPC bezel. :) Plus there's the volume knob and those buttons on either side, which I'm sure could be integrated with some careful cutting of the PCB, USB switch/knob interfaces, and soldering.

The Romanian one is like $1000 USD! That seems AWFUL expensive for something that just might not work worth crap.

I just called them, and the lady couldnt really understand what I want to do. She just wants me to go in store to tell them whats up. Obviously, I cant, thus I will ask my friend to stop by and see what goes...

 

they are selling it for less than $1000 USD for sure
