What is your other car(s)?

What I meant is that you won't find American Pizza in Italy, like you won't find Nachos in Mexico or Chop Suey or General Tso's in China because they were invented in teh US for Americans. Nacho's were a last minute invention to feed americans, General Tso's and chop suey were both made for americans as well, hell Chop suey is nothing but the leftover ingredients from the night before and stir fried together

No I know. I was just pointing out that it's not necessarily "better", it's just different.

nachos in mexico?

thats kind of a stereotype isnt it?

kinda like we expect to have fillet mignon and chicken if we go to a japanese restaurant in japan? Not gonna happen.. not unless you're loaded.

Best steak I ever had was a Wagyu filet in a Japanese restaurant in Kobe. Mmmmm... fresh Kobe Beef

I was going to say.. I'm tryin gto get a pickup to add to my garage.. an 86-87 k10, or 95-98, or 2000-2007 silverado.. or.. a 2008/9 GMC sierra.

Wow. What did I do to deserve a thread full of so much OT'ness.

I guess I contributed a tad with the ball park comment but he was asking for it when he said bosco gets what bosco wants. .....But I had nothing to do with the cyber sex......get a room.:p

Somewhat back on topic: My mom has an 06 Explorer 4.0L Eddie Bauer Edition 4x4 that sits in the driveway frequently. I tend to steal the garage from her....a lot. I have a picture of it on my camera but I'm at work right now so it will have to wait until later tonight. If it wasn't for me taking care of it I'm fairly sure it would be rusting right now.:spin:

It was till he went to school across the country and couldn't take it with him. We worked out a deal, I take care of the bmw while he's at school and I gave him my beater explorer while he's there. The 335 rarely gets driven since the lgt has been taking up all the time :)

And how does it compare to the spec? I hear the latest JB3 Version is ridiculous 360whp+. Also pretty undetectable to dealers :)

They are still pretty different beasts. The 335 has TONS of torque from down low and holds linear all the way to redline... its pretty awesome. The lgt can almost keep up in the first gear or two, but once I'm in 3rd into full boost, the 20g walks away from the 335, now this was at a JB2. I just recently got the JB3 and because of the weather and travelling I haven't had a chance to really open up. The JB3 was a great upgrade because the JB2 was detectable as of one of the latest revisions...

The overall drive is hard to compare as well, it still comes down to you get what you pay for, and driving a bmw is ultimately more comfortable quiet, and "stable" feeling than a subaru.

And I had to roll the bike out while it is still below freezing just to get some new pictures with the new car

That generation of Yamaha always reminds me of a Uvula. The little dangle thing at the back of the throat., with that running light there below the windscreen, in the ram air duct.

I would black that thing out faster than fast. Especially with a black screen.

Otherwise it is a nice bike. and a nice Legacy, too.
