datdookie
didnt even know we had this thread!! Gotta make one for the 2nd gens. I bought 05 sti rims thinking i could run spacer but failed after doing research. Then i opted to re-drill i failed because as i read in the other few pages and few other forums saying its not so good. So yeah stuck with some 05 bbs... thestratomaster
you can run spacers with an adapter plate. probably not the best, but people do it
datdookie
wanted to go that route, actually was planning to go that route but people suggested not to as well, bearing would go out and i would have to roll my fenders. But i wouldnt mind test fitting them if i some adaptors.

BigBlack-V
what tire size are you guys running, i wanted to get 245 or 255 if possible. since the STI wheels are 17x7.5 stock size should be 215's however myself along with alot of other guys run the 225's and some go 235's but IMO do not go wider than that on a 7.5 wheel. I was 0. And I'm still a zero.
mmmmspecb
I want to get a set of these... The silver doesn't look too bad on dgm but I would definitely want to paint them a darker color, gunmetallish.

Geegeez
which color would look best on my dark bronze metallic...i have been eyeing these wheels for quite some time...i really like them..if i cant get a set of these...i may go with OZ ultraleggras...or spec B wheels...keep in mind i do have a spoiler lip as well...and possibly the TRF diffuser...THANKS I think go with silver, just to be safe. If you went gold-on-bronze think it would look weird. Either that or you powdercoat them.
Claw
silver on ABP. I went with black *painted* but I prefer the silver look. Or go with one side of the car with black, other with silver.

Kennyfvholla
I have two brand new sets of these. One gold, and one silver. I am willing to sell them for the right price. I am also willing to paint one or both of them to someone's desired color, at extra cost, if both sets are spoken for. If interested, send me a PM. hassa
Nice color choice! Any chance you got these done by Liquid Powder Coats? Martin just did mine a little while back and he was pleased with his work - I was pretty pleased myself! Just put on my winter setup - freshly powder coated and wearing new winter rubber. Got back my BBS wheels from the powdercoater today! http://i962.photobucket.com/albums/ae106/SergioMorel/DSC_0121.jpg Edited November 20, 2011 by hassa
