What's the going rate for a set of these? I've got a line on a set for about $800 with tires (not sure what type of tires yet). Actually, I haven't even seen the wheels yet at all, but curious about pricing

So you like the GFB BOV for 50/50 or VTA applications, but what about if I just want to upgrade my factory BOV, just in case it may be leaking too much (I'm tuned for 19psi), and continue to run 100% recirc? Any brands recommended?

Problem solved! Just needed to tighten up the top nut while it was installed on the car. Guess I didn't double check to see if they were still tight after the install, and they weren't...

I've got a problem with my latest spring install - there's a knocking sound from one of the fronts, so I have a question: When installing the front spring (Pinks/SpecB Bils in my case) should you just use some man power to compress the spring enough to start the top nut, or is it better to use spring compressors so that you can tighten up the top nut freely. Another way to put it - should you tighten the top nut (to 41 ft-lbs) against the spring's tension, or should you torque it up and then release the spring from the compressor? Does it matter? I did it the latter way this time, and I think that might be the problem...

Legacy STi Pink springs are the way to go for your spec B Bilsteins, get in on the group buy here: http://legacygt.com/forums/showthread.php/jdm-sti-pinks-springs-group-buy-132198.html Pretty sure neither the Cobb nor the H&R springs were 'specifically' designed for the SpecB bilsteins.

Yeah, that is the case with my car. The ion fronts gave me a drop of 7/8" up front and raised the rear almost 1/8" with the HD rear springs.

I scanned through this thread to see which way to rotate the vertical alignment bolt to go up and didn't see it. Can someone chime in on that? I'm running ion springs and the drop in the front probably warrants an adjustment i think. Also, OP, great thread, I never new and always wondered why my left headlight seems a little lower than the right, thx!

Gotcha! So then I'm looking for the ones made for the GT for sure. Next question, which I should be able to have answered by calling, When you order the springs (from EdoPerf, racecomp, japanparts, etc) can you order fronts and rears meant for different models as they stock them? Example, Edo sells them by AT(3021000f/8021010r),MT(3021010f/8021000r), or SpecB(3021020f/8021020r) - (note: they've mixed up f/r on their website) - so can you even order 3021010f with 8021010r? I guess I'll find out.... I'm also thinking about Wangans, they were recommended to me by Han's GT for my application, but too bad no one's got them on a specB AFAIK for a review, here's a pic a their numbers... they're also a little more expensive than pinks ($620 Canadian shipped)...

Advice wanted! I'm looking into putting these (STi pink) springs on my '09 specB with stock bilsteins. Do you guys think these are the best choice if I'm looking for an even drop but not a slammed look? What other brands should I be looking at? I can't afford to lose much in ride quality though because the roads where I live are like back alley roads in Afghanistan (at least right now!). Are these going to wear out the bilsteins in a few years? Price seems to be the only down side, who are the best vendors for these? Any comments/advice greatly appreciated!
