he told me about the blemishes like i said. But i was too impatient, and a little scared with him being new. which is understandable. But he kept emailing me everytime i emailed him, and like i said, he kept awesome communication.

OTM.

For those interested in a dual or triple pod-

Double pod-$140 Shipped

Triple pod-$150 Shipped

That includes a new A-piller. I would only be able to offer these in black or tan, and it does come textured as you can see in the above pictures. If you wish to have the factory cloth put on you will have to see a professional. Gauge pod holes are 52mm. Hope I can help some of you guys out.

do these replace the stock pillar or go over it? can it hold a wideband AFR?

These replace the factory a-pillar, but are made with a factory a-pillar so the fit is factory. As far as the wideband AFR, how deep is the gauge?

Can you guys clear this one up for me?? :)
Sweet. I am going to be getting one these soon. In the 07 with black interior the piller is a grey type color... Are you guys familiar with this color? Can you produce one in the gray?

Thanks for offering this. It's really nice piece with a good color match to the orginal fabric.

Wonder what it would cost to have this reupholstered with the original fabric? The fabric pillars add to the interior's classier looks v-a-v the older Leggys and Imprezas and if I go this route, would like to keep this intact.

maybe ill just order a new a-pillar from subaru, anyone know the cost?

A new pillar from Subaru is like $100 (or close to that) and we took the fabric off the pillar my brother got and tried to make it work with the gauges, you don't get NEAR enough cloth to re-cover the pillar with gauges on it if that's what you were thinking. It would take a fairly large piece of cloth AND perfect cuts/wrapping to make it look right (no creases or folds). One wrong cut and the piece is wasted and you'd have to start over. We also noticed that the cloth is not very stretchy so it was hard to try to maneuver around the pods. I'm not saying it can't be done, it's just very difficult and would probably cost you a lot to have a professional do it :icon_frow. One thing RaGe suggested (we will probably try this on my LGT and post pics) is also replacing the passenger's side pillar that has be de-carpeted and textured to match the driver's side. Then everything would match and only other LGT owners would know the difference.

went shopping today. stopped past a fabric store and walked around with the OEM pillar looking like a fool comparing colors and textures with slabs of fabric. but this is what i ended up with. pictures dotn show the simularity with the colors. but color when holding it up side by side is very very close. maybe a tad bit off, but you really have to be anal like i am. it is different texture/ fabric pattern, but i am going to go ahead and uphoster it and see what i come up with. but here are pictures of side by side comparison of the OEM pillar fabric, and the crap i picked up.

opinion???
