substitude
LGT vs. tree one week ago as I fell asleep on the way home from work. I have no recollection of the air bag deploying at all, so I guess I was knocked out momentarily. I was dazed for about an hour & couldn't answer simple questions (date & year, emergency contact numbers, etc). Other than that & a headache for a few days, I was otherwise unharmed. This speaks to the safety of our cars & I'm looking to buy a '15 Legacy, Forester or Outback... with the optional Eyesight feature. Just in case! StormLGT
No pics currently, but was driving with my gf and we were about to drive through an intersection (green light) and an oncoming car turned left and hit my front left side. I was going about 40. She hit me and we smashed into the curb on the right and went back into the street. Just left a coffee shop a few minutes prior, so when she hit me I had hot coffee flying everywhere around the car Damage was about $7000. Gf and I came out unscathed, but the driver of the other car complained of pain and went to the hospital. She also had a kid in the back seat. It's okay for me, though. Got my hood repainted (stupid rock chips) and all new wheels all around (Drag).

Hannya
First one looks like Zero1's car. I believe that happened as soon as he got out a shop or some event. That front end conversion is one of the main things that hurt. That time and patience he had to pit in to build it up.
ibr_adam09
I don't understand some of these cars. What's it doing at an auction ? Wouldnt the owner want it back or fix it ?

LegGTLT
Technically it doesn't have an auction assigned yet. Liberty Mutual seems to have jumped the gun though on who gets to make that decision though. Please PM joeleodee For All Site Questions. I'm going to chew those %]€<££}>~!£{£~€{€£|!~!*<+^{#[? a new asshole now for posting my car online for sale. I'm officially pissed off now. Please refer to my build thread. She's being reassembled, again. I noticed that it says "Wait certificate" on your title. So I guess they automatically take pictures of every car that comes into the lot. In other words any vehicle in an accident gets towed to IAA to avoid storage fees and just sits there until the owner releases the title to them, buys it back, or repairs it. Only then could they truly sell it. As to why your car is still listed,...

jazzymt
This happened many years ago now, but I'm late to the thread - sue me. A middle-aged woman playing with her iPhone sped through a red light without ever looking up. She never touched the brakes and didn't even know it was her fault after the accident. Thankfully the motorcyclist next to me could see her (I could not) and did NOT pull out between us. The Outback was totaled and I got a steal on a 2008 STi. No worries - years after that I got back into a 2005 LGT. Dubz
Was doing 50 on an arterial they're currently rebuilding. There's construction barriers on both sides with lots of curves. I was in the left passing lane and saw the guy in front of me get into the slow lane really quick with no one in front of them so I sped up... I have absolutely shit hids pretty much pointed downward so I didn't see there was a jeep in the left lane with hazards on and their lights off with people waving me off until I was 20 feet away. Was wondering why people left a big gap for me to merge in. Pressed the brakes, didn't slam on them to get rear ended and my power steerings out. Turned the best that I could without over steering... That would have been bad... Immediate reaction was to turn it as if I had power steering. So I ended up sideswiping them. Nobody was hurt and there were 4 other cars parked too... Also I should wear my new glasses when I drive too. Need my fender straightened and my drivers mirror glass shattered. Also need power steering. Was my first real accident.http://tapatalk.imageshack.com/v2/14/12/05/ad959695ae76901487e643840369d540.jpg

Fix that power steering. Wear the glasses. The guy in front of you switching lanes suddenly would have been a hint as to something happening up the road. Not sure why you speed up in a construction zone ? at least its only a scrape.
MiniStiGuy
power steering doesn't matter at speed at all really. sucks that happened but I'd say having the crappy lights totally contributed to your not being aware of what was up ahead.
