Copytech
I had them on my Impreza, got 61,000 miles out of them. I actually liked them, but they are too expensive.

Metal2You
Barely acceptable in dry conditions and horrid in rain or snow. Hate is an appropriate word. I'm just too damn cheap to buy anything else until they need to be replaced.

Gire
It's been three years but I have finally convinced my business partner that we both need new tires. He's buying dedicated winters for his MDX. I'm just replacing the RE-92's on my stock rims (finally). Friends- what do I buy? Must be at least a 7.5/10 performer and more capable in the snow and ice than the RE-92. I hope to run these for a couple years, in all seasons. Nokians? Conitextreme? (dedicated winters on other wheels is not an option) Please, I have 4 days to decide. Guide me.
Aczwild
My Hankook IceBear W300's handled the snow and ice pretty well this morning, never pulled me even when I was intentionally driving in the 2+ inches of slush at 50 mph to see if it would pull at all. JDM'd All to hell Thanks Jimmy @ Hkc-Speed.com! RIP Coxx & Thanks

Guide me. here's the feedback page on tirerack: http://www.tirerack.com/tires/surveyresults/surveydisplay.jsp?type=HPAS notice for that their category the RE-92s are not doing so well. i would get the Michellin Pilot Exalto if you can afford them. I'll be putting some on my wife's accord soon. The bridgestone G009 are a bargain for the money and they will be better than the 92s in the dry and much better in the wet. in the snow they will probably be about the same despite what the survey says. the only tire that is good in the snow is a snow tire. nm
If you're only running 1 tire year round and it needs to go in snow regularly, the only decent option IMHO is Nokian WR
Gire
Thanks all. It'll either be Nokians or Conitextremes. Sorry to 'jack the RE-92 hate thread... please resume the regularly scheduled bashing.
strife1012
Car is 1.5 weeks from 12 months and the 1 tire and wheel I have yet to scratch up has a slow leak, drops to 20PSI everyday, for a week. Forget it, done with this crap.
