mand3j
I wouldn't have bought the GT had I known that Accessport for 07 was going to be such an issue. In stock form, it's just not quick enough for me.

In stock form, it's just not quick enough for me. I have to admit, it's now starting to annoy me. I figured 3-6 months break in, then go AP. 243HP is insufficient for my driving habits. If it persists into 2008, I may just trade in early on a BMW 135.

That works for '07s. ________________________________________________ '05 BSM OBXT Row-your-own, W.I.P. '06 Shrek B # 64 - The car the wife loved to hate :( Sold...
The Rascal King
I did. Non-FWD, Manual transmission sedan, commuter. That narrowed it down to the Legacy and a G35 Sedan, which I drove but didn't fall in love with, and with the price difference, I would have had to. lilrabbit129
I probably would not. I came from a very roomy, all around great car... but it lacked power. Power was one of the main draws to the Legacy for me.

hogmeat
For me? No. For someone else? Sure! Just depends if you like to get 14mpg and all the fun that goes with it. I'm pleasantly surprised... It was most certainly worth the couple bucks and 10 mins of my time. CLICK HERE FOR THE HOGZAUST
bdisco
Yes, if you're in the market for a midsize sedan or wagon AWD, there are not many choices, particularly for the price. BernardP
Well...Yes, I have a 2.5i. In fact, with the absurd Subaru pricing here in Canada, I would never buy a Legacy GT, as it costs a bit more than a well-equipped base Audi A4 Quattro. I view my 2.5i as the poor man's A4. If I want to spend A4 money, I will get an A4.
erikvcl
http://www.boston.com/business/globe/articles/2007/09/12/popularity_of_awd_cars_revs_up/Â Yes, but only Subaru and Audi offer "symmetric AWD". Would you really want AWD in a transverse engine mount (i.e. modified FWD)? I sure wouldn't. And the truck-style AWD (i.e. separate front diff) that BMW and MB use adds lots of weight, extra parts, and extra drivetrain losses.

ejoy1220
Absolutely not. GTTuner
+1, although if the H6 was in the Legacy wagon with a 5MT I would strongly consider one. Yes, I agree with that. The H6 in my Mom-in laws Becca is soooo smooth.
fonts
Hell NO. I drove a 2.5i prior to buying the LGT. Loved the drive and fit and finish of the vehicle for the price .... but couldn't handle the lack of power.
