phillyd
Anybody in Hilton Head, Bluffton, or Savannah? I am new to the area and recently purchased a LGT Sedan, looking for some fellow subies.
lofthouse_gt
^^^I know there is like one guy out there. Although I can say while in Hilton Head and Savannah I've never seen another boosted subi. There is a dealership in Hilton Head, but I never see LGT, WRX's or STI's ever! You may see some FXT's ,but usually just stock with a bunch of kids in the back. phillyd
Yeah, I saw a black WRX earlier this week rolling with a couple cars...one of which was a Civic with a crazy loud fart can. Didn't look too promising.

gcoonley
Hi Guys, I live in South Forsyth / Alpharetta Area. I have never had my front end aligned since I had the car. (It never needed it) I recently hit a pot hole and the tires started to wear on one side.  My new tires are going to be in this week and I am looking for a good front end alignment place in the area. Any suggestions? I was going to take it to Lanier Wheel and Tire on exit 14 off 400.  Also should I make any tweaks from the stock settings? Thanks. I Donated broknindarkagain Posted September 13, 2011 I Donated Share Posted September 13, 2011 You're everywhere Patrick! lol Allpro is an excellent place to go. You can run a little bit more negative camber in the front for some better cornering ability. -broknindarkagain My Current Project - Click Here COME AND TAKE IT "The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing." SVXdc
Call Allpro 770-751-7786 I hadn't heard of them until someone mentioned them to me this past week. Here's their web site: http://www.allprosubaru.com/ Their address is: 1040 Nine North Dr Alpharetta, GA 30004 Their map link (on yellowpages.com). Google maps currently has trouble finding that (it wants to show you "9 North Ct" ). Nine North Dr is off GA 9 (Atlanta Hwy), opposite a Walmart Super Center (which is newer than the aerial photos on yp.com). Here's a link near the intersection on Google maps. It's 4.7 miles north of Fry's Electronics. They're actually in Forsyth County, east of Milton.
baruGT
AllPro is a great shop! Brandon is extremely knowledgeable with Subarus and they are gaining tremendous amounts of recognition. They are very well known on www.WRXAtlanta.com Brandon, Patrick and the rest of the crew are incredible! Hi Guys, I live in South Forsyth / Alpharetta Area. gcoonley
Thanks I will give them a call  So I had AllPro do the alignment, Tire change and I had them do an oil change as well. They were nice guys. The guy who did the alignment appeared to know what he was talking about and I think he did a good job. The car feels good now. The bad news is what ever mutant moron idiot who changed my oil is not even capable of putting the oil drain plug back on properly. I am going on a trip to SC tomorrow morning and my wife spotted a big oil spot when she came home. The way I parked, I would not have seen it in the morning. When I went to see what was going on, it turns out I could see threads on the plug. The oil drain plug would have fallen out on my trip and potentially/probably caused damage to my engine.  What kind of common idiot cannot even tighten an oil plug back up! I had lost 2 1/2 quarts of oil since Friday. Edited September 27, 2011 by gcoonley
I Donated broknindarkagain Posted September 27, 2011 I Donated Share Posted September 27, 2011 Wow. I'll be honest with you, this is the first negative thing I have ever heard about AllPro. Give them a call, I'm sure they will make it right with you -broknindarkagain My Current Project - Click Here COME AND TAKE IT "The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing." gcoonley
I spoke to the guys at Allpro this morning and they were taking responsibility and they were honestly sorry that it happened and trying to make amends. I understand that mistakes can happen, but I am still a little ticked off about it. Â Maybe with a some more time, I will give them another try. I have some bigger work coming up and I want to feel confident about the guys who are going to do the work. Â Also, it is not leaking anymore so it was only the drain plug. I Donated broknindarkagain Posted September 28, 2011 I Donated Share Posted September 28, 2011 Like I said before, I've never heard anything negative about them. I'm pretty involved with the local Subaru crowd....most everyone I know has had their car at AllPro at one time or another.....and never once have I heard or seen anything wrong with what they did. Like you said, mistakes can be made. Everyone is only human. If I were in your shoes, I would give them a second chance. They usually bend over backwards to make their customers happy. Try them out again with something simple like an oil change or something... What kind of major work do you have coming up? -broknindarkagain My Current Project - Click Here COME AND TAKE IT "The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing." integroid
I agree, I would give them a second chance. I have never heard anything negative about AllPro and they are great guys. They have always bent over backwards for me even though I am not a regualr customer.
gcoonley
I am going to need a new clutch in the next 10K miles or so, I need my plugs changed now and probably the trany and diff fluids. (The fluids are not a rush as I had them changed about 15K miles ago) I am going to want to put a better turbo, catless up pipe and a better TMIC and go Stage II sometime sooner than later. I have used North Ga Radiator for the last 10 years without a single issue. But I wanted to try a Subaru specific shop. Even now after a couple of days I find it amazing that they could not tighten down the oil drain plug. It just boggles the mind. It is such a fundamental thing.  But I will probably give them a second shot. Something not to complicated. Something I can fix if they mess it up. I Donated broknindarkagain Posted September 29, 2011 I Donated Share Posted September 29, 2011 I'm not sure how much basic maintenance they do. I've known them more to do major work, So I don't think a clutch is something they are not use to -broknindarkagain My Current Project - Click Here COME AND TAKE IT "The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing."
