Beanboy
Looks like Nissan did a decent job with the 3.7L V6: http://www.automobilemag.com/features/news/0705_2008_infiniti_g37_dyno/ 287HP/236lbs-ft Direct link to the charts, including overlay with 3.5L: http://www.automobilemag.com/reviews/0705_2008_infiniti_g37_dyno_charts/ -B http://www.standardshift.com

wukindada
If the G8 is not all it's cracked up to be, my next stop will be @ the Infiniti dealer. I really like the look of the new G It's alot of car for just under 40K Toyota 6EATS .........SUCK!!!!!!
IwannaSportSedan
Sounds like the engine is an improvement in all aspects. I like the blue color, but I wonder if bright red would mask the ungainly tail light design a bit better. darker headlight trim and black or body-colored grille, and some nice staggered wheels would finish it nicely. Aside from a performance version with the M45's V8, treated to the same throttle-less engine management.

wukindada
Very true...... I would absolutely be beating the door down for a G45 as long as they could keep the price no more than 45K The 4.5L V8 is supposedly getting a slight bump in displacement & 30-40hp:):) Toyota 6EATS .........SUCK!!!!!! rao
A g45 with a manual transmission would be very hard to resist. Rob IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CAR YOU SHOULD NEVER DRIVE IT

chenc544
Is that coming in sedan form. No, at least not yet. The 2nd gen '07 sedan that went on sale late last year has the VQ35 not the new VQ37 in the coupe. They will probably drop the VQ37 in the sedan for '08. They big question is will Nissan put the VQ37 in 350Z or 370Z I suppose. Nissan might want to distinguish the G37 from the Z with the bigger engine. chenc544
I haven't seen any info on '08 Z yet. The '07 currently on sale has the VQ35HR, which is a high rev version of the VQ35. 2008 is suppose to be a redesign.
