Yeah. The late 60s early 70s mopars make me drool. Someday I'll have one to play with. Must be using decent-sized turbos to feed 500 cubes.

Posted in the edit. Newest setup - One big GT47-88 .96 A/R 840rwhp on only 10.5psi.

I'll trade him the LGT and I'll throw him another 20k;)

You'll have to let me drive because I pointed it out ;)

According to the dyno data:

Turbo: Garrett GT47-88, .96 A/R

Wastegate: HKS GT-II 60mm

Boost:10.5 PSI

Exhaust: 5-inch downpipe, dual 3-inch, Magnaflows

4461 RPM: 737.7 RWH 868.5 RWT 9.4 PSI

5585 RPM: 835.4 RWH 785.6 RWT 10.5 PSI

Impressive car and yes, I too hope to have a HI-PO MOPAR sitting in the garage some day soon.

Holy crap...that car is beautiful!!! American muscle + TURBO...FTW!

Edit: On a side note, do you think it is worth it to restore an old muscle car like this one, do a crap load of work to it, and then resell it? I wonder if the owner would get what he put into it if he chose to sell the car.

It depends. If you go the route this guy has, you will lose a lot of money, mainly because he's gone through a bunch of engine setups and is still spending money on making it faster.

The only way you have any chance of making money on a car is if you get a stupidly good deal on it in the first place and can do most of the work yourself. I look at my cars as being money pits, not money makers...although classic muscle car prices are always going up with every one that gets totaled/crushed.
