Lookin good!! Excited to see the new set up!

It looks like you didn't have to cut into anything to mount the intercooler? I would like to go front mount as well.

Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G900A using Tapatalk

I did have to re seal that whole front bar. I cut thru the seam, kind if on purpose just for an excuse to weld some challenging thin stuff.

Jonesin to fab some stuff lately.

Catch can/coolant burp bottle to come soon.

So it was Christmas on the brown truck tonight...

Borg Warner EFR 7670 T4 TwinScroll housing Via THMotorsport

I don't think stock location is an option... Lol

So this one has no issues with casting quality. I never intended to do a twin Scroll but after a call to thmotorsport and being told that the 7064 that I had picked was going to suck, I ended up with this one. Now that I have done several hours of research on this specific turbo I am super Excited to see how it does the internet and others results with this on a ej25 looks awesome.

Some pictures of the BW EFR next to the stock turbo for scale.

I took some pictures of the fuel pump assembly after and during removal.

I cut a corner ordering a dw200 pump and it bit me. I didn't realize that the dw65c was a direct fit replacement and the dw200 required dremel work etc.

Th motorsports have been a royal pain to deal with in getting the dw200 back since its my fault they're website states they are both correct replacements on this car.

If your turbo blew check the fuel filter...

This is covered in goodies.

I had some flanges cut at work, I used the gaskets for dimensions and even though i knew better had them cut with out verifying fir via paper pattern.

So these have a huge inner hole. I'm going to bush them with a 1.25" long piece of 2"x 0.120 wall tube it adds a couple welds but will work fine.

The blind plates are 16 ga to cover the openings while using the head as a fixture while building the header.

Need to make some adjustments to my cut file but they will work for building fixtures..

How in the world do aluminum chunks.. Find their way to the fuel pickup?

This kind of surprised me.

I can't imagine how they came from your engine or turbo. You sure they are aluminum, not steel?

Nothing like a race track to find the weak points in man and machine.

Yesterday I ordered 3 sizes of 6061 tube, I'm going to build my own version of AOS cost 65 for enough material to build 3.

I hope I can get them together without issue.
