SubieN8
I might go for the Sport. I made mine a little sporty so it'll have to blow me away. Although, I'd assume it won't have more power unless offered with 3.6 ( I have the 2.5). Also, it'd be same to assume the suspension would be sportier, and I don't want that. I like my fat a** to be coddled over bumps But I am sure I will at least test drive it. Edited November 13, 2015 by SubieN8

vicvega
I'm thinking I might want to trade the Legacy for a Lincoln MKZ awd. But I still feel that the Legacy is better build IMO.
securityguy
The MKZ is a VERY nice car and don't think that because it's a FORD at heart the build quality isn't as good as the Suby. I just bought my daughter a 2015 Ford Fusion SE Hybrid and that car is built like a tank and the quality is very high. Not a big FORD fan but the Fusion and MKZ are very nice cars and solid. subiefan15
what scares me from the new fords is the transmission issues and some hiccups in their "ecoboost" engines, I really liked the new Fusion when it was released but my excitement has sort of faded. I feel it hasn't aged well.
pnmid
I was impressed by Ford's paint quality on my sister in law's 2011 Fusion. As for the MKZ I found it difficult to see out of, due to the angle of the windshield and rear window, which is nearly horizontal.

WILLINH
No I have a 2016 limited and the seats suck and I think the car is nice but overrated. Next time I will rent anything I want to buy for a weekend.
securityguy
^^^I travel extensively all across the US and Canada and rent a TON of cars. When I know I'm in the market, I rent what I am interested in buying so I can drive it for a few days and get to really know the car. Taking a car on a 15-30 minute test drive is very inadequate and doesn't share with you what you really need to know before biting the bullet. Car buying is very emotional and an large % of the population buy cars that in a week or so they hate and wish they never bought.
laz
I say he leases his next car. A year lease would be good and if he likes it he can buy it. ---

If you're seeking a solution, rather than just complaining, find a top-notch automobile upholstery shop. They should be able to help. Worst case, they can custom build a seat that meets your needs, and it would still be cheaper than dumping your Legacy. Then again, it sounds like maybe you just want a different car. securityguy
After what VW did by lying and cheating about their diesel cars...as much as I like VW, and I have owned two, I will never buy another VW again! Everyone needs to make them feel significant pain and stop buying their cars. Inexcusable!!!!!

LegGTLT
VW can't keep enough cars on the lot they're still selling so many. With the diesels off the table people are just buying other VWs. Sorry, people as a mass just don't care about emissions. They'll just keep buying whatever they're comfortable with. It's sad but true. Please PM joeleodee For All Site Questions.
