  1. Sold on 2/6/22. I appreciate all the support the last 11 years I owned my LGT. Legacygt.com has been the best source of Legacy GT info. Great members!
  2. 2005 Subaru Legacy GT (non limited) wagon for sale (no trades) $3,550 OBO cash or cashier's check Automatic, 205,750 miles, adult owned, driven and maintained. Clean Carfax. Always garaged. 1 of 258 Legacy GT wagons in Brilliant Silver Metallic with automatic and no sunroof built in 2005. Owned outright with clear title, since 2010 at 49,600 miles, regular oil changes full synthetic. Have receipts, maintenance history in Excel file. This was a daily driver until I bought another Subaru. Good: Runs and drives well, body and interior 7-8, engine pulls strong, no codes, no dash lights on, doesn't run hot on temp gauge, includes married Cobb Accessport. The head gaskets, water pump and timing belt replaced at 195,575miles. Original timing belt replaced at 106,800 miles. Needs: leaking coolant above oil filter (possibly from oil cooler and only when it's warmed up), driver side front CV joint boot has pinhole, cruise control and driver side seat heater don’t work. Rear door locks occasionally don’t unlock with key fob button. Mods: Replaced original catted uppipe with OEM STI uppipe (catless), banjo bolt filters removed, Killer B oil pickup tube, CNT catted downpipe, Cobb OTS Stage 2 tune (91 octane) with married Accessport, OEM engine block heater. Located in the Milwaukee area (Waukesha County) PM for more info, photos.
  3. I waited until the dealer had done a dozen+ recalls before I bought my car in. It's been a couple months since mine was done and my dash is still rattle free as well.
  4. I plan to wait until my dealer has done some of the recalls before I have them do mine. I don't want to be their guinea pig. I don't usually have passengers, so I don't mind if it takes awhile.
  5. Do you have room for a bicycle on a trainer? I got a CycleOps Super Magneto Pro trainer for my bike and use it in my basement. It works great. I ride and read or watch TV about 25-30 minutes a day and I've lost some diameter around my waist and gained muscle.
  6. "Solution to your window fog problem " I just love that car (especially the knarly sound!) and the whole Alex Kelsey story. Gotta love NZ.
  7. I was impressed by Ford's paint quality on my sister in law's 2011 Fusion. As for the MKZ I found it difficult to see out of, due to the angle of the windshield and rear window, which is nearly horizontal.
  8. Regarding tire pressure effect on gas mileage, I got at least a .5 mpg better with 2-3 psi increase, even when running Cobb OTS economy map. I started running 37 front/35 rear in October or November. This time of year, I could lose 2 psi just taking the car out of a 35 degree (unheated) garage to the 15 degree outside environment. I added 1 psi this morning as the temp is about 5. I could probably increase it to 40 front/38 rear if it stays below 25 degrees.
  9. Sgt. Gator, thanks for posting! We're all in on your ride, livin' the dream alongside!
