  3. Did u pull your neg on the battery before you removed the seats and reinstalled the seats before re connecting? This is a must anytime an airbag is removed. ————————————————— HPS intake, Nameless Axleback Exhaust, SSD FSB, Cusco RSB, 20mm rear sway bar, Voxx 18” rims, Infinity Kappa system, More to come...

  8. Thanks I’ve never been into smoking the tails on my cars tryen to keep it low key enough on the outside so I don’t get the wrong attention especially during spirited driving…. Been painting some stuff for weeks now for a few add ons once I’m done I’ll be posting some pics of what I’m doing might start clear coat Monday…. ————————————————— HPS intake, Nameless Axleback Exhaust, SSD FSB, Cusco RSB, 20mm rear sway bar, Voxx 18” rims, Infinity Kappa system, More to come...

  11. Today I took apart the rear deck found the trunk light leads. Then connected them to a lead connecting an led dimmer to my infinity display. Now the leds will light up when the trunk opens and they won’t be so blinding. I’ll prob have to tweak the dimmer once it gets dark to know. Incase anyone needs to know the trunk light has a yellow (ground) and orange (positive) wire. https://i.imgur.com/ufbIWMl.mp4 ————————————————— HPS intake, Nameless Axleback Exhaust, SSD FSB, Cusco RSB, 20mm rear sway bar, Voxx 18” rims, Infinity Kappa system, More to come...

  14. Thanks and I gotta say adding that peddle commander makes the car have a lot more pickup off the line but u have to keep a scanner in the car in case u limp mode. Last week I switched modes while parked and it did it to me. 15. I’ve gotta say it’s fun to race around even if it means more maintenance..... my SyncUP drive logs for me each trip its fun to beat your time on a trip. 17. Lookin real nice and clean there man I noticed you replaced your rear bumper I like the look I’m guessing you had to do some work to the muffler to pull it back a bit also I’d expect you prob have to clean that bumper a bit more now with that setup. ————————————————— HPS intake, Nameless Axleback Exhaust, SSD FSB, Cusco RSB, 20mm rear sway bar, Voxx 18” rims, Infinity Kappa system, More to come...
  18. I don’t believe our cars come with anything I’m the hole on the side nearest the driver as for the other hole that’s where the led kit goes. This part tends to fall easily after removal. One option would be to drill a hole on the left side as well considering there is a matching hole on the dash then using interior clip kits to secure but then again it would be a pain to remove. Instead if u slightly bend 1 or the three clips molded to that piece you should get fitment. It’s dangerous if it falls while your on the highway. I have the same problem and I know others with the issue as well it’s a poor design. I even ordered a new one years ago but it never arrived. In the end bending the clips to widen them for more grip helps then I took a flat head in the far left clip which seamed to be the biggest issue with mine while it is up in the dash to get it to grip. Works ok for now I might drill the part to Aline with the left hole and use a clip but for me I have a wiring project that will involve going under there a bunch. Best of luck. ————————————————— HPS intake, Nameless Axleback Exhaust, SSD FSB, Cusco RSB, 20mm rear sway bar, Voxx 18” rims, Infinity Kappa system, More to come...
  19. Thanks for the info did u fab ur skid plate or is this something that’s purchasable? Does it create more in cabin noise from the exhaust? I’d also wonder if salt would get trapped up in it and slowly eat away at any components above. By chance do u have any pics of ur install? ————————————————— HPS intake, Nameless Axleback Exhaust, SSD FSB, Cusco RSB, 20mm rear sway bar, Voxx 18” rims, Infinity Kappa system, More to come...

  21. Ok so I live in CT so this is prob only really for those in snowy climates. I went to drive my car yesterday and heard a mettle rattling sound coming from under the front portion of the car. Ended up finding it was the front shield of the cat. A bolt holding it from the passenger side was missing. Looking at some other bolts under the car specifically exhaust system and I see lots of rust and bolts I fear will disintegrate at some point. Had to take the wheel off to add a random bolt I had to stop this noise and re-secure the shield. I am worried what if more break I don’t need any parts to start falling off the car on the highway. Should I pay to get the exhaust replaced now or see how things go I guess is the big question. The only part replaced so far is the muffler with nameless 5’axle back. I did look into headers and yes I know a tune would be needed but I’m worried about emissions with one less cat in the system. Also there is big cost to the headers with cat and then I got a quote to install with custom piping to connect a high flow cat being around $600 and they would be unwilling to do paperwork on this cash only. We are talking nearly 2k for parts labor and tune sounds like a hell of a lot of money for not much gains. The modest idea would be see what happens and replace parts as they do fail with oem piping. The pics aren’t the best hard angle to work with under the car and all.... 22. Ammcinnis is right it’s real easy to take the mirror out to inspect the damage. When I added blue leds behind my mirror to take it out I used a flat head popping it out from the bottom. Needed some force to remove but here’s a pic of it out if that helps.... https://i.imgur.com/CUPuAOc.jpg ————————————————— HPS intake, Nameless Axleback Exhaust, SSD FSB, Cusco RSB, 20mm rear sway bar, Voxx 18” rims, Infinity Kappa system, More to come...
  23. When I need to use my phone for nav I tend to put it in the storage opening above the coin holder. It sits nicely with the lip that’s on the right side. Not sure which phone u have or what case u have I do sell phone for a living might help to know.... if it does slip out of that spot putting something in behind it to keep it upright has worked for me with my iPhone 11 Pro in a commuter series otterbox which is a more squared case. With that said if I’m racing around I put it in my cup holder which fits snug. So I would assume you have most likely a newer Samsung s21 and case that doesn’t support the size of the cup holder. In that case you can choose a magnetic mount but that would stop the ability of wireless charging. There are vent mounts which I hate. My wife has a CD player mount for her car but then again it shadows over the headunit itself. Then there is the dash mounts which puts the phone out of easy reach. If control is the issue then the door handle to your left fits any phone to date. If watching the display for nav is more important then once again I would get it in that cubby. There is a mount that goes into most cup holders as well some of the Uber drivers use them I enjoy a clean look so I stay away but for function they would hold any phone and or tab for that matter. Hope this helps you... and enjoy the new phone it’s always nice to have new gadgets. ————————————————— HPS intake, Nameless Axleback Exhaust, SSD FSB, Cusco RSB, 20mm rear sway bar, Voxx 18” rims, Infinity Kappa system, More to come...
  24. I had noise from my stereo install too. This is what I did. No dim issue and no audio wine. 0 awg from alt to batt. 0awg from batt neg to chassis. 3 other points grounded in engine. Ensured my ground points are sanded including in the trunk. Ran a in line noise filter for the power on the head unit, ran a second one on the power for my line level converter. Both have there own grounds sanded of course. Pipeman's Installation Solution 10 Amp Inline Power Noise Suppressor Filter - (2-Pack) Eliminator Isolator Universal 12-Volt Car Audio Radio Ground Loop https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07NPF6KVL/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_7MF7T47W6TS5MYF2BB4Q?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1 From there it’s about the tune. There’s a sweet spot between gain on loc vs head unit volume vs gain on the amps. I run a speaker 4 channel and a sub amp. I also have a capacitor in the trunk I’m running 1400watts rms so realistically I’m over 2k but no issues. My wiring is all high quality oxygen free copper ring terminals are all copper that I soldered onto the wires for the grounds as well. Side note there are 2 ground wires on the stock head unit for some reason one of em works with the lights if u tapped into that one. I’d recommend not sharing the headunit ground but make a new ground instead if that’s what you did. ————————————————— HPS intake, Nameless Axleback Exhaust, SSD FSB, Cusco RSB, 20mm rear sway bar, Voxx 18” rims, Infinity Kappa system, More to come...
  25. Some wires are for heat then there’s a set used for the lights on the upgraded model can we assume some wires might of got messed up and possibly shorted a circuit. I’d start by inspecting the wires for any breaks in the shielding ensure they are not touching if so electrical tape them. Then I’d prob check the fuses in the car. I know the one plug that’s normally hidden is the same circuit for dome light when unlock or open door. This also works with the dimmable rear view mirror. Another thought if all else fails disconnect ur ground on the batt for the reset reconnect and you might get lucky. ————————————————— HPS intake, Nameless Axleback Exhaust, SSD FSB, Cusco RSB, 20mm rear sway bar, Voxx 18” rims, Infinity Kappa system, More to come...
