  1. Surprised I haven't heard any ideas? So many old heads like me, somebody has to know!
  2. The Cobb and the grimmspeed are both 70mm intakes. Why would I need the 73mm? ETS makes great stuff, just don't want the intercooler visible. If necessary I can go to a hybrid SD setup.
  3. Perrin EL coated header GS coated up Perrin inlet Cobb SF with box ID1300xds New OEM MAF Also to note, this is a street sleeper, still has factory wheels and don't need a huge FMIC showing off the goods!
  4. Got the inlet in and started messing with the boost control solenoid and evap crap. I will be using a grimmspeed solenoid from a 2015+ FA20. Comes stock with the larger ports, should be great.
  5. There are two solenoids on the front of the engine. One by the boost control, and one on the driver's side behind the A/c compressor. Can I remove both of them? Buttoning everything up, just wanted some suggestions. I searched but only came up with vague answers, mostly for the 05/06. Thanks in advance! Also, do I need the flow/filter from the MAP to the intake manifold? Can I just run a vacuum line?
  6. Yes, although it has a mileage it needs to be changed at, there is also a time factor involved. 105k miles (most recommend 60-80) OR 10 years. Good luck!
  7. Sure will, it will be tuned on 93 and then E85. I will be running a flex fuel setup. Will keep it posted! Will be tuned by the same shop and tuner (Hill @ Agile Automotive) that did the x500 and x500+. So it will be a direct comparison for those turbos as well
  8. I will be running the dom 1.5xtr 10cm on E85 with a grimmspeed tmic. I still have some odds and ends to button up, will be dyno tuned 10/15 and 10/16. My old GT ran the BCP x500+ and x500 both on 21psi on the GS tmic with 93 octane
  9. I appreciate it, I do have another and don't need this one either! But it will be removed before sale! Thanks!
  10. Here are more pictures, can't find anything online that looks like this one? Now that you mention it doesn't even have the IHI on the housing!
  11. I have no clue, I drove the USED car that I bought for almost 15k before it got pulled for an upgrade. Was boosting 16 psi on a Cobb stage 2 map. Are you interested? If not it kind of seems like you are just trying to be a smart ass.. If you are, then I appreciate you letting me know. It honestly never occurred to me that it wasn't original based on condition and mileage. I will do some more research, hopefully someone else can chime in with some information. Cheers
  12. That is surface, doesn't NEED to be changed. While you are in there you might as well. There are 3 of those 90* hoses, they are the same part number. I just changed my pipe and all coolant hoses.
  13. Infosecdad, it seems that the Cobb SF might be an easier fit as it retains the same s hose that you can buy separately. I had the GS on my GT, great intake. This time around I am doing the SF because I got a great deal on it (and I have a madrig CF cover ) Just a suggestion as it seems it will work without chopping up the HKS. GL!
  14. Forgot to mention and not in the pics, turbo fans will come with the reservoir as well.
  15. He didn't specify, but probably needs side feed. If top feed I still have 1 set left (blue)
