That looks pretty reasonable. Only good to 155mph though. When I pretend my Outback is a racecsr I go way faster than that (in my mind) I wonder what it would take to convert the driveshaft to a 6spd one or if you have to order a whole new one. -

It's the inner and outer front LCA arms. I think I have them all in my OEM arms. -

Is it a direct swap "yes" You just have to spend $800 to make it so Note: for anyone else 05-06s are a different front end than 08-09. Very few items are a direct swap for the later model years, you will have better luck with the 05-06s. Anything JDM usually requires everything JDM I have no idea what's happening with 07s. and for Bonbon - old grill is stupid new grill looks amazing. -
Depends on the tech. If it's black. It should probably be okay. If it's not black, who knows. Technically it's not okay. Or see if you can get one that looks close enough to the Cobb that you can apply the EO number. But, I don't know how to do that.

I love the wife in the passenger seat pictures - get back in the car, stop taking pictures of a car -

Get a Sprinter AWD. You do have a spare 60-80k just waiting around right? -

With three, it's time for a minivan. You will love it once you get it. -
Also - SoCal may be different than Norcal. It shouldn't be, but I think the Tech's might be a little more stringent down there. You should have on all your OEM cats when you go in for the check.

You know what this means. Outbacks are basically Spec B's.

I have been using King rear springs for years (that I bought through primitive) they are a great option. -

Luckily this forum has been around a long time. You just ask your question in Google with Legacy GT included in the description and get all sorts of responses: https://legacygt.com/forums/showthread.php/08-wrx-springs-lgt-05-185187.html and here is more (although I am linking to the "other" site) https://forums.nasioc.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2410323 -

I think I want to raise my car up a little. In the back that's throwing the same king springs back on (KSRS-29) and then playing any spacer game I feel like. Unsure what to do about the front though. I have a 3/4 inch spacer. But, it's not threaded and removing it was super painful. But, I have it. so my options are epoxy nuts into my spacers or try and guess what springs I need. From a cost standpoint I like epoxy nuts, but spacers don't really fit right with Spec.B tophats. -

I think I went 6 weeks without driving my car. It was a hard 6 weeks. It's a great feeling when you get it back and it's eventually stronger than ever. -
^ That looks great. Can you fix my rear tint too
-
If I had known that someone would use it as a background I would have at least gotten off my bike to take the picture

Best thing to do is make it look as stock as possible. If they see stuff in the engine bay they will probably wonder what else you changed and start digging deeper.

1. Don't do it. Costs too much. The cars might be cheap now. But none of the parts are. I. E. Engine blows (and it probably will) that's at least $6k if you want it to last. Timing belt / water pump will need to be done that's $1200 etc. 2. This is the soccer-mom area of the forum where we all pretend our cars are race cars and not uncool wagons. I suggest you go read a bunch of threads in the Legacy GT side of things. You want to go the the 05-09 forum. 3. If you really want to build it still have fun there is a lot of good information here. But, it requires you to research on your own. Anytime you go with the "cheap" option it will probably come back to bite you. -
It's also salt water, so even better. Watching my get into my car without getting my feet wet must have been pretty funny.
