  1. Yea what a bummer though. Fake TGV=no TGV. I’m running e85 Which should make the green weenies happier. I just want the spinny things to spin quicker.
  2. So I’m on stock housings with block off plates BUT I also tossed the motors and rebuilt the Cobb kit to eliminate the unused pass-thru connector so that sucks. So it’ll be work and money to undo things that have been done. See my sig…..
  3. @m sprank do you know if the ets plays nice with GS intake? @BoozeRS05maybe sooner than later if we keep it up with all this ets talk. I think I have about $300 worth of clamps on a $600 intercooler kit. I’ve always disliked thIS KITS hot side routing with an LGT/style turbo. I haven’t followed all of the BS that’s been going on with EPA Regs. Can I still get my car retuned with all of my sensor deletes and shit? I have no air pump or TGV,s, rear o2 being ignored and no more MAF bcuz speed-density and flex fuel.
  4. I had one on my blobeye way back in 2007 or so.
  5. I still run my racerx fmic. 12 years old or so. 375hp/475tq on e85. It works fine but is on my list to be upgraded if it ever fails. I’ve replaced all of the clamps with Murrays. I think ets has a kit that comes with a new crash beam.
  6. Negative. It’s a grounding mod/upgrade. Should be findable by search.
  7. It’s unlikely that you’ll be able to tuck the rears without camber arms. Whiteline makes a good product.
  8. Wheels look great but you’ve got A LOT of work to do in the rear. I ran a really wide tire on a higher offset and the rear always rubbed under full compression. Roll, pull, camber arms, etc. car looks great. How many miles?
  9. Booze, check out Fat Butcher in Lawrencville if you’re interested. I’m lifelong friends with the owner. Fantastic quality.
  10. Nice job. You may want to consider a hardwire kit for the fuel pump.
  11. Title says performance summer tire and Yinz in here talking about all season bullspit. C’mon man.
  12. Every boat and tractor trailer in America is required to carry an extinguisher. I don’t understand why it’s not regulated in passenger cars. I’ve carried one in my cars since high school. We had a kid nearly burn his hands off trying to open the hood on his burning Vw Jetta. Car burned to the ground along with his fancy sound system. I put one in my wife’s car and she asked why. “It may save someone’s life one day, that’s why.”
  13. Really bummed that I won’t be able to join you all. It’s great to see our forum and community, though much smaller than it once was, still going after all these years.
  14. Man,too bad I can’t make it. This tee would look great next to my “Save The Manuals” shirt.
  15. I plan to drop them off at a local shop. $350 for the set.
  16. I have pieced together a full brembo setup. The calipers will be powedercoated, i'm thinking some sort of gunmental or dark gray with white lettering. MachV cost just a hair under $1k all of the parts and pieces to do a full rebuild and a set of front pads and rotors. I'll get some photos up when theyre done.
  17. I highly recommend the Perrin 1-piece reverse lockout collar. It cures a very common rattle from the oem parts.
  18. I run the IAG engine mounts with their track inserts and they’re really stiff. If I did it again their softest insert is what I would use. before these ones broke-in I think could feel the pistons change direction.
  19. Received. Thank you. For those of you who are interested, I'll repost the calipers that I don't need. For reference, total cost of rebuild hardware is $317 from MachV. This includes seals, pistons, clips/retainers/cross-caliper springs, and luuuube. I plan to powder coat the set i keep, will update this cost once I know.
