  1. I’m gonna do something like that soon. My seatbelt is black so it’s hard to tell, but I’m certain it’s not clean. I did wash and wax both my cars the other day, otherwise pretty uneventful lately. Too hot outside to work on cars
  2. It was all done before I bought my wagon so idk what the trick is, but my DRLs are off and I usually drive with all my parking lights on, the first switch. I’d love my fogs to come on with the parking light switch though.
  3. That would be awesome, but I’d really hope neither of you have to go out of the way. Code is only 25 min from me so it would be helpful
  4. If you’re paying attention to your data logs I’d say it’s probably fine to swap similar downpipes for daily use. Although I wouldn’t be going full WOT until properly tuned. Also when removing the downpipe, in my experience always start with the nut underneath. People struggle with it bc they undo all the others first and it puts a lot of weight on that bottom bolt. I’ve learned it’s best to start at the bottom
  5. I should be down that way again in the next month, but if they’re taking up space and you can find them a home by all means. I still owe Johnny a chunk of change for the heads I took home, but I’m having no luck selling my D25 heads. Price is down to $950 for fully rebuilt heads, which I feel like is a good deal
  6. Yes! I’m not even mad, this is gold I might add this to my signature and of course I’ll quote you.
  7. You sound lost buddy. Tires are 1a mod anyone should consider when wanting to improve vehicle performance. They’re right beside seat time at the track. They come before sway bars and springs, before steering and braking. This is 101 stuff.
  8. My local dealership charges a flat fee of $200 for cvt service. Had it serviced last year and I’ll get it done again around 200k miles, at 176k miles now.
  9. I adopted the same model probably 9 years ago and never looked back. Summer tire from April to November, and winter tire from December through March. There’s a huge difference in my experience with a reasonable summer tire compared to the “best” all season tire. I recommend getting a light weight summer wheel too, and using your oem wheels for the winter setup.
  10. I wouldn’t get all-seasons, they suck at everything in my opinion. Highly recommend a good summer tire paired with a dedicated winter setup.
  11. I saw a GRP GT wagon at McDonald’s in Greensburg today. I think it’s an employee, and it was super clean. I never see them around SW PA, but I saw 4-5 LGTs & obxt in one week in Colorado
  12. I’d be happy to take this off your hands when the time comes to upgrade.
  13. I would love to go FMIC, but limited options without hacking bumpers and beams, and a reasonable cost option.
  14. I’ve only ever added an additional wire from the negative battery terminal to the frame, which seemed to work great by itself
  15. I’ll be driving down Rabbit Ears Pass in about 2-3 hours towards Denver in my rental Crosstrek.
  16. Well I had an amazing time. The campsite, weather, cars, getting to meet all you great people and the generosity of everyone. Just an awesome experience all around, hard to put into words. I’m sure more pics are coming, but here’s a little snapshot of our setting. Again, so thankful to have participated in this event.
  17. I have a 10’x10’ folding canopy I’m planning to bring just in case it’s useful. Looks like I’ll be riding out with JmP and company Saturday morning. Little early to tell, but weather is supposed to clear out Friday afternoon and be pretty damn gorgeous this weekend.
  18. @boxkita I’m flying to Denver on Tues for vacation. You can take my plane ticket and I’ll meet you at the airport with your car.
  19. After all these years this is the first time I’ve ever heard about a TB coolant bypass. Love it. Is there a thread link with the details?
  20. I was gonna say, get ready to struggle with removing the OEM endlinks, but damn that thing is clean underneath. Even your heat shields look like new. Aside from the 5eat, that’s a sweet wagon
  21. I’ve had Cobb’s version of these on my wagon for a decade and they’ve been great, but they’re a little more substantial. There used to similar knock-offs on ebay too, had a no name set on my specB https://awdadventure.com/products/2000-2008-outback-legacey-rear-sway-bar-bracket-reinforcement
  22. LGT wagon with RPF1s, Konis and pinks, and adding sway bars - you’ll be very happy!
  23. I bet they’ll be great. A rear sway bar is my #1 recommendation for a new modder, easy to install and immediately noticeable improvement. Taking it a little further with a paired f&r setup, solid end links, and rear bracket braces - it’s a huge improvement.
  24. It’s had a couple small oil leaks, but pressure has been dropping below comfort at idle, along with fuel trims creeping up recently. It probably needs a new everything with my mileage, and it would be torture to do it a la carte. I should have gotten on it this spring, but my life has been a circus lately
