careercadaver Posted November 11, 2014 Author Share Posted November 11, 2014 Swapped over to winter rubber today...a little early but I've gotta get it in while I have the time...I have an apt to get an alignment on Thursday. Stoked to have this thing drive how it was intended instead of all the camber the PO had this "set-up" (and that's a stretch) with... Just picked up my 14-pin forward harness and i88 adapter to finish up the JDM DD install. I'm also picking up a set of summer wheels and tires as a winter project. Work VS-XX in 18X8. Wheels are on the rough side but I think with a little elbow grease and some powdercoat they could be returned to their formed glory. lol Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Hoping she sounds different in the AM. Trying to decide which direction I want to go aesthetically...I've picked up quite a few random pieces but most requires paint... 08-09 Front Bumper 08-08 Headlights 08-09 Grill JDM Rear Bumper Spats SpecB Sideskirts RavSpec STI Rep Lip Spoiler Rrev Front Lip Spoiler 06-07 SpecB Wheels 18x8 et51 Work VSXX Kinda going a few directions and need to narrow down what I want it to look like...also been thinking about doing some vinyl wrap on the roof and blacking out the middle of the front bumper...but that will likely be spring. careercadaver Posted April 22, 2015 Author Share Posted April 22, 2015 Well, had an issue with the ECU in Dec...got the infamous ErHc Code and nothing would work. It turns out that ecuflash and Windows HATE have had some issues...should have read up. I was frustrated and let it sit till this last week. Played with fuses and relays for a week before I decided to pull my ecu and send it to Cobb. They had it back to me in about 72hrs from the time I mailed it out!! I was super impressed and decided to buy a V3 AP after my experience. Might be selling my gauges to fund it and my tatrix...I just want something with this car to be simple...haha Also, I mounted some SpecB wheels that I traded for my old BC coils. Wheels may get a coat here soon as well...just trying to decide on colors. I painted the calipers and rear top hats last year but the caliper paint is cracking off in places and now the front hats need addressed. These are not super clean but they are a wheel that I've loved for years. Hoping to be throwing tires on tomorrow and I'll be getting some pics up as the ones above were stolen...should look similar as the only difference in spec is that I'm .5" wider with a slightly lower offset.
