Personally they are junk. If your 18 and want a fast car get one. If you want a little more luxury and some physically usable space get a legacy. Not for nothing, I do agree w/you, I miss my 05 LGT ltd interior alot compare to my 13/sti hatch. they both have their pros/cons. in stock form the STI handles alot better over LGT, I love the snappy steering feel vs lgt even after all these upgrade, Swift+ bilstine/front/rear sways/endlinks/lca bushings/spec b top hat/saggy shims/poly bushing on sway/sway brackets/H-brace, still can't compare. but usable space wise, I find my STI can move/stack/store way more then LGT. on my 13/sti, roof liner is crap, seats feels like a couch,door panels is bearable, I plan to order a Recaro or bride seat & pad/suede the roof liner, I think I can live with the 13/STI over 05 lgt. still trying to feel out the whole car only had it for bout two months and see what my truly like/dislike bout it. sschmelcke Posted March 16, 2013 Share Posted March 16, 2013 Well the 4th gen is tiny. It's amazing what they did with the 5th gens. Cars feel enormous at only 50 pounds more than a 4th gen. Yeah the sti is still a much smaller nimbler car they are fun as hell but for my age just a little less of what I really need in a vehicle. If I was single I'd be all over one.
