We are trying to isolate the error with logging and disabling hooks (plugins) in Tapatalk. We've also restarted APC and Memcache in case it's a cache inconsistency. It's just a matter of waiting right now. AdminCP-->tapatalk plugin--->allow guests---> NO If that doesn't work... long shot, but try clearing the forum cookie path and domain in PHP. All members will need to log back in but often times it solves cache issues between the forum and plugins and add on's like home pages. I noticed with some browsers the forum uses www. and some just http: so it could very easily be a URL issue Need forum help? Looks like probably a conflict with one of the site plugins, so it would take a bit of testing to fix this for realz or just least plugins disabled for Tapatalk.
