malfeas99, you should be careful when you start arguing about something you don't have first hand knowledge of. Right now you are trying to argue against an aeronautical engineer with information you heard from someone else.

As another Aeronautical Engineer, I would have to agree with Scotty

110 on open road and Highway

not even close to red line

At 120, I was around 5600 rpm, not even close to Redline.

With an AP to eliminate the limiter - I would think the Leg could do 150.

Anyone do a calulation on that?

I am also suprised this thread is still around! I mean come on, isn't this encouraging speeding? I'm new to this but......a 10-70 mph run with another car seems much less dangerous to me than going 120-140.

Just my .02

my thoughts exactly... oh well, I hope this doesn't incriminate me because it's obviously the truth if I say it:

200 mph yesterday racing an SRT4 AND a Civic at the same time, and it so had more in it, but I had already put a good 97 car lengths on that SRT so I figured I should slow...

(hope my sarcasm doesn't come off too harsh, I'm just messing around ;))
