I sent a pm to the seller, Import Image Racing, and they replied that I should take it up with Koni. I think its absolutely absurd and incorrect that I received a defective product out of the box and am told to take it up with the warranty. These walmart style sellers dont have enough margin to have quality cuatomer service. A good vendor like ourselves or msprank would give you a set out of inventory and deal with the return.
