I believe it is molded into the strut. Seems they may have sent the wrong strut?

The part number is correct so I dont think its the wrong strut. I sent a pm to the seller, Import Image Racing, and they replied that I should take it up with Koni. I think its absolutely absurd and incorrect that I received a defective product out of the box and am told to take it up with the warranty. I think the seller should take care of it with Koni, not me. Im not too happy.

Well, i bet you got a great price on them. Customer service costs money. These walmart style sellers dont have enough margin to have quality cuatomer service. A good vendor like ourselves or msprank would give you a set out of inventory and deal with the return. Heck, for all your troule you cold probably had us install em for you and you wold have been happier!

Sorry, i didnt mean to be un-helpful. It kills those of us that do take the time to have first class custy service that people still buy from failed custy service places based solely on price.

No worries, feel better and we'll be here when you are ready. We are doing our first install with the Mcmaster-Carr tubing this week, so we should have some feedback on if this is the solution for the Epic Springs Squeaking!
