bugblatterbeast
I'd contact Hawk about that, not normal, not a common experience. will do. I'll post whatever response I get from them. guess it is time to fish the pads out of the trash for photos.... good thing they are only in the garage trash which has no food scraps in it. fishbone
Good luck. I've emailed them twice when I had the issue with the pads, never got anything back.
bugblatterbeast
How do you like them so far? Big improvement? so far they are pretty good. the initial bite is a bit less than the HPS, but they are a lot more linear feeling. they are much less temperature sensitive than the HPS pads. I haven't gotten them really hot yet, but they don't feel any different from the first stop to when you can start to smell the pads a bit. with the HPS pads the first stop was always a little iffy, then they were fine after a bit of heat. the finish on the rotors was very nice. I didn't bother taking a dial gauge to them as they looked so good out of the box. even the sides of the top hat were machined
