Somewhere I read a very nicely written and detailed story of the 959 and how Bruce Canepa came about modifying them for US sale but dammed if I can find it now. Penguin
^ Jesse, No I don't think I do. I have seen cars with a similar profile, but mostly they were flat black and more melted looking. Or they were on fire.
Guest JessterCPA
Suprised no one has brought these up. I prefer these R32's over the later ones. http://i291.photobucket.com/albums/ll288/ColinREV/NissanSkylineR32GT-R.jpg

Yeah, they weren't the greatest cars made, but I remember taking pics of them every year at the NY Auto Show.
Guest JessterCPA
How about these super-rare Cobra Daytonas? Phil Spector's that he locked in a garage for 20 years. http://www.nvsaac.com/gallery/missing_daytona_coupe.htm http://www.nvsaac.com/photogallery/images/Cobras/cobra_daytona_2287a.jpg
Bolksey85
^^^Those cars just a few years ago in the muscle car prime would have bought probably 7-9 million at auction.
Bolksey85
Once my dad get's it on the road, clean, and gets the wheels on it, I'll have to post pics of the actual car. Somewhere I read a very nicely written and detailed story of the 959 and how Bruce Canepa came about modifying them for US sale but dammed if I can find it now. I never saw that particular car in person. It was even rarer then a 959 cause that one was the light weight version (later I heard they were called 959S's). I can say that I have sat in one, and had to move it an entire 20' though. Last I heard the car I moved is in the Museum of Science and Industry, but I don't know that for sure.
