Compilation of cheap and/or free Legacy Mods

Taking the bumper off really is the easiest way, once you know how it should take less then 5 minutes to remove.

I agree with this but if you (guy who asked) want to try just taking off the grille it's two pop-its, two bolts, then four clips across the top. Then you have to push back on the bottom as there are two pieces/clips holding the grille to the bumper...

The only problem is that people charge a lot more for them than a lot of aftermarket sets go for. Typically you see those spec.b wheels going for around $800-1k in good condition, which is more than enough to get some enkei, cheaper OZ, or rotas. Plus they're only 7" wide, and most people go with at least a 7.5" usually 8" or 8.5"
It's cool; I'm with the band

i've found some sets for under $500. But unfortunately most people think they have a gold mine with those rims. Similar to the 04 STi wheels

Remove the bumper, it's actually quite easy. We can help when you're ready.

Plus, you'll never get the lower grill in there from the front.

I just sold my custom lower grill inserts and installed them again for their new owner. Bumper has to come off or you are making the job much more difficult than it has to be.

I am trying to do the mesh mod on the bottom of the bumper, but can't figure out how to get the grill off to reach down there... Anyone know how to get the grill off so I don't have to take the bumper off?

Can someone point me to a thread with a guide on how to remove the clear plastic panel/cover over the factory stereo and a/c controls? (not sure if the USDM has the same cover, I have the McIntosh set for the Asia market. Not JDM)

Dust has accumulated on the inside of my cover and its bugging me. Want to wipe it clean.

Rewelded a hanger and tucked the canisters. Nice and even looking finally! I think I can align the passenger side a bit more to the left a smidgen but I'm happy with it.
