eVoMotion
My favorite hot sauce company finally has a website - http://www.saucecrafters.com/acatalog/brochurehome.html And my favorites are on sale http://www.saucecrafters.com/acatalog/Specials___.html Just bought two cases to enjoy and share as gifts. This stuff is hands down the best flavors in my 30+ collection. FIRE!

Or mix it with vinegar for dumplings. Because of the rooster on the bottle this has become known as 'Hot Cock Sauce' amongst my co-workers
dudeondacouch
Best wing sauce ever: Joe's Crab Shack Buffalo Wing Sauce (Joe's only serves wings in Texas AFAIK)
ShrinerMonkey
Cholula and Sriracha FTW. I don't like overpowering hot sauces that have no taste and only heat and I don't like vinegary sauces like Tobasco. I really don't understand the appeal of Tobasco, it tastes like hot vinegar to me. ehsnils
You've never seen HP?! Wait until PhilT hears about this. He'll be stunned. I'm stunned too, and here's one I have in my fridge: http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/c/ce/DavesInsanity.jpg/400px-DavesInsanity.jpg http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Insane_Sauce Something that's a lot milder is Sambal Oelek, which you can eat as candy compared to the one above: http://gfx.aftonbladet.se/multimedia/archive/00218/sambal2_218434w.jpg Popular name here is "The asian cranberry jam"

John M
Hot sauce is always good! If you like flavor with your heat, try the Dat'l Do-It brand:http://www.datildoit.com Their BBQ sauce is incredible -- a perfect mix of flavor with enough heat to let you know it's there. The standard "hot sauce" is a good all-around sauce and Devil Drops are good on chicken and in chili.
