Sriracha Sauce. Great with soups/rice. Or mix it with vinegar for dumplings.

 

Because of the rooster on the bottle this has become known as 'Hot Cock Sauce' amongst my co-workers :lol:

#1 hot sauce in my opinion, followed by Cholula garlic. I put it on everything and have a huge bottle here at work.
