Claw
I think Acid Rain is made locally here.. http://www.hataribros.com/hotsauces.asp They sell out at the Farmer's Markets all the time. I especially like their Alberta Crude BBQ sauce and Acid Rain Chipotle salsa. http://www.hataribros.com/salsasandcondiments.asp As for my favorite hot sauces, I like Sriracha - goes on anything: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sriracha And oddly enough, Lee Kum Kee's Garlic Chili Sauce. http://canada.lkk.com/commonCA/Images/Consumer/enlarge/9p.jpg

spongemonster
I know it's a generic store brand but it kicks ass on all the stuff a buddy brought back from Louisiana for me. http://i127.photobucket.com/albums/p128/Bedford90/PI087536038306579B.jpg

coxx
I'll have to try it. Is House of Parliment popular down in the US? HP? Another 'kleenex' type sauce but it's the best thing with corned beef hash. I read once that Heinz bought the recipe from the original Brit group so it's probably all over the place. I've never seen that either. I also haven't had corned beef hash in forever & now you're makin me want it. With a fried egg on top, nom nom nom "Barack Obama, mothaf#%@a! Barack Obama! I'm the president...of hittin' the ass!" -this is not a political view it's merely a quote from a hilarious tv show.

welby
What, no Blair's After Death? It's real knock you on your ass stuff, but actually has a good taste once the pain subsides. Dave's Insanity sauce is just as hot, but lacks a good flavor. It's just pain in a bottle, lol. http://www.hotsauce.com/photos/1207-2T.jpg
Gire
I was wondering when these types of sauces were going to be posted. There is a chain of restaurants here called Sammy J Pepper's, and they have a ton of hot sauces for sale. Some of them are so hot, people have to sign waivers in order to buy them. The best (and hottest) one they sell comes boxed in a mini pine casket, for crissakes. Anything that is off the charts on the spice-o-meter (Scoville, IIRC???) just isn't fun to eat. silverfool
+1 you eat it on pizza? It's the best! I was snowboarding at Seven Springs in Pennsylvania and bought some pizza and they actually had Siracha by the condiments! yeah. when we we're kids, we used to eat a lot of those pseudo pizzas (Jeno's, Mama Celeste, Totino's) and man, Sriracha would make that stuff edible. it seriously is the most versatile hot sauce. I like the cholula sauce too but its range is lacking.

SneakyFast
This stuff is awesome on a scramble or omelette. It's not very hot but it's got a killer flavor. (don't buy their BBQ sauce, it's crap!) http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/41E9JT21W3L._AA280_.jpg Pepper Plant Sauce (if you can't read the label)
