Crawdaddy79
That's quite a confusing post. You might have something in your tank clogging things up and messing up the gauge reading (?).
Aczwild
Its most likely the car, my parents had the same problem a little while ago with their X5 JDM'd All to hell Thanks Jimmy @ Hkc-Speed.com! RIP Coxx & Thanks
c-lo
uh.....you got ripped off:spin: of course it's your gauge! you honestly think a gas station would rip you off? sounds like you have an issue with the your tank and guage. 258k miles - Stock engine/minor suspension upgrades/original shocks/rear struts replaced at 222k/4 passenger side wheel bearings/3 clutches/1 radiator/3 turbos
relhok
If you leave the ignition on when you fill up, the guage won't go up.

JOE_1985
i work at at gas station theres only 2 ways to do that, a. go inside and change the price per galon or galon per price b. u have to calibrate the pumps
gianspi
Call the phone number on the pump (i forget the name of the org). That will teach em' enough zip ties and duct tape will fix anything.

I always watch those guys, I especially hate when they drip gas on the side of the car when they're finished filling. 258k miles - Stock engine/minor suspension upgrades/original shocks/rear struts replaced at 222k/4 passenger side wheel bearings/3 clutches/1 radiator/3 turbos
Merc6
when they fill do they use the highest setting or do they pump at like low to medium? Pumping at highest setting cheats you too. Also watch for the times the fuel tanker refills the underground tanks. 2005 Satin White Pearl Subaru Legacy 2.5 GT Unlimited 5EAT (Project Car) 2019 Agate Black Ford Explorer XLT 4WD (DD)

John M
It still amazes me that they are able to keep pumps "full service only" when the rest of the civilized world has been DIY pumps for decades. They must have one powerful lobby / union / group of thugs. I know some really stupid people but even they manage to figure out how to put gas in their car. G.T.Subie
All of NJ is corrupt. But I still don't know why people like to pump there own gas. I like sitting in my warm car while some kid pumps my gas. Denial is your best friend
