I'm assuming you're going for a the simpler plug-and-play (PnP) set-up vs a retrofit. It's fairly straightforward, and you wouldn't even need to remove your front bumper, unless you're very particular about where you want to mount your ballasts. Is there a clean way to install them without drilling through the dust cap? I just took a quick peek. I'm not really sure where the factory wire comes from.
